Biagio's is so much more than a pizza restaurant, it is a community. The owner, Sonia, truly cares about her customers and always ensures they have a great experience. Their menu has an array of great options, but the pizza is a must-try. Make sure to stop by during lunchtime to get pizza by the slice and try all their unique creations!

Recently, we had dinner at Biagio's. It was absolutely delicious!We were greeted by a lovely young lady and sat us comfortably.We had pizza, sandwiches, and my mom had chicken, all very good andenjoyed in a great atmosphere! We will be back!

Biagio’s is one of the hidden gems of Rhode Island. Sonia is the best, their food is the bomb (especially their pizza), and not to mention $2 bud light all day everyday! Highly recommend!

Food is amazing, and the owner is always helpful! Amazing atmosphere with an incredibly friendly staff. The owner is an angel and works hard to ensure all of her customers are taken care of and have what they need. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the Smithfield area

Honestly I almost hate to write this review and give away what a hidden gem this place is. I messaged Sonia a few months ago about reserving some time at her venue for my sons first birthday party; not only was she accommodating but she also offered to host our event on a date she’s typically closed.The place is perfect for a small party holding 40-50 people comfortably. It has been recently renovated in a contemporary aesthetic that lended itself nicely to be a neutral backdrop to our party decor. Sonia let us decorate the place to the hilt, and that freedom allowed me to really lean into our party theme.We got Chicken Parmesan and a variety of pizza for the party and everything went over gloriously. Hot, crispy, cheesy, and delicious, our guests were absolutely raving all day/night about how good the food was. (As you can see from not being able to get photos of whole pizzas ?)However despite how a restaurants food is the biggest indicator of the quality of the establishment the true shining star here was Sonia herself. She was gratuitous, hospitable, and bent over backwards to deal with our quirky family. She efficiently fed, served, and visited with all of us, leaving everyone absolutely raving about how wonderful the party was! We are eternally grateful ?

Biagio’s was wonderful! I have a number of food allergies and the owner was enthusiastic in explaining what I could eat on Biagio’s extensive menu. I had a number of questions and they were all met with a tone of friendly patience. The delivery person was equally patient while I checked my mistake-free meal, which arrived hot and earlier then quoted.Most importantly, the food was delicious! The pizza crust was crunchy but not tough, the toppings were fresh and tasty, and the sauce was well seasoned. The french fries were delicious too, and my family raved about the fried ravioli!We will be ordering again, for sure!

UPDATE: interesting that your establishment can't admit to a mistake. I get buffalo chicken pizza frequently at other establishments, I know for a fact the pizza was made incorrectly and not what I ordered. It was literally cheese on dough and no buffalo sauce. I had to put some on myself at home. And your "blue cheese" was just watery dressing on top- zero blue cheese. But thanks, good luck with making improvements on your food quality and customer service!Ordered there for the first time ever last night and won't be doing so again. The buffalo chicken pizza was the worst I've ever had. I asked for buffalo sauce instead of red sauce and they gave me neither, chicken was just plain, possibly grilled, chunks on top of cheese with a very watery splash of blue cheese dressing plopped on top (Maybe it was ranch, no chunks and bland. Hard to tell) Not at all what I was expecting. Greek salad was lack luster but my daughter's wings were OK. High prices for low quality food.

By far the best cheeseburger I have had!!!! Hand formed patty, very tasty fixins, lettuce, tomato, pickle and banana peppers!!! Highly recommend this place. Staff is great also

Wait 35 minutes for a Italian grinder. By the time I got my food, she handle food container in my hands with not bag or utensils not even napkins. I went back to ask for a bag the waitress was so nice apologizing for the long wait. Then I wasn’t really happy and I don’t like to complaint but I think I have to since there is a customer service related. I told the manager a lady( I guess she’s in charge ) that I wasn’t happy and I need my receipt to make a complaint and she has a deep breath and give me a look. Very rude to a custome!!!. Not even apologize for it and not even smile to me for one second. I feel really uncomfortable leaving this restaurant. I shouldn’t feel this way for asking what I’m paying. I know my order wasn’t big order but for sure this is how you guys can build bussines and customers. Every penny matters. A happy customer can bring more customers to your place. Not this timeSorry to said this but bad customer service plus rude
