I go to Café Such-A-Bagel at least once a week, and honestly, the service is consistently disappointing. I usually use the drive-thru, and every single time, the staff comes across as rude or completely disengaged.
When I finally reach the intercom after waiting in the long line, there’s usually just silence. It often takes one to two minutes (sometimes longer) before anyone even acknowledges I’m there. A simple “I’ll be right with you” would go a long way — but that never happens.
When someone finally takes my order, it feels rushed and curt. I can barely get my words out before I’m interrupted with “Anything else?” multiple times. It makes the whole experience stressful instead of pleasant.
Then when I pull up to the window, no one greets me. The window is open, but the employees are usually chatting among themselves. There’s no smile, no “Hi,” no acknowledgment — just a card reader shoved at me, prompting me to tip for service that hasn’t been friendly or attentive in the slightest. After paying, I’m handed my bag with no “thank you,” no “have a nice day,” nothing.
To be fair, the food itself is always good — that’s the only reason I keep giving them another chance. But the service is genuinely atrocious. It wouldn’t take much to make the experience better — a greeting, a little courtesy, or even just acknowledging customers when they arrive. Until that happens, this place is seriously lacking in customer service.

Normally I don’t venture more that ten minutes off the hill, not sure how I ended up in Smithfield anyways… but glad I did! Such a great coffee spot, and great service. The mini muffins were bomb, good little treat to go with my coffee. Highly recommend. Cheers!

We placed a fairly large order for our company meeting last Friday. It was a combination of 14 breakfast sandwiches some juices and some pastries. The order was ready when I got there at 7:45. Everything was hot and delicious. The staff was fantastic and very easy to work with. We will now be using this location for all of our monthly morning meetings. I would highly suggest and recommend this small business

Our company hosts a catered meeting once a month, and after several disappointing experiences with Panera, we decided to try Such a Bagel in Smithfield. Working with Lexy, the owner, was a breath of fresh air—she was incredibly responsive, punctual with delivery, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The food was absolutely delicious, and we received a ton of compliments from our team. Switching to Such a Bagel was hands-down the best decision we've made for our meetings!

I’ve been getting my LOX Salmon sandwich at Such-A-Bagel for quite the time now. My usual spot is the one conveniently located on Putnam Pike. Today I was by Lincoln and decided to stop at the Such-A-Bagel nearest to me, which was this one. Customer service was great! However my sandwich was terrible! It was over loaded with cream cheese and the Salmon appeared to be glossy and slimy! My slice of tomato was the size of half of a tomato,
I had to throw my sandwich away…….. very disappointing.

They have different pastries i also different bagels at this location with things you can order from breakfast and lunch.

I ordered an triple cheddar cheese bagel 🥯 with turkey, eggs and cheese also toasted added with some butter .. I like the flavor of the bagel it added more flavor with the breakfast sandwich. I also bought a chocolate chip cookie on the side
The prices were very affordable too
And I actually enjoyed it hopefully these videos and pictures will enlighten y'all to stop by and check them out
