Came here this evening and Eliza was our server, she is the best!! Provided outstanding service, checked on us multiple times and thoroughly and i love her energy! The food was amazing as always. I just moved to the area and first time going to chillis since, this is definitely my new go to location!!

If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I have never felt so discriminated against by any place of service in my life. As a former restaurant server, I don’t understand how anyone like Melissa, my server at Chilis, could ever treat another human being in that way. She gave me and my family nothing but attitude, lower than low attention, and even raised her voice at us. To yell and swear at my autistic brother is absolutely UNACCEPTABLE. We have never been so disappointed and disgusted in another human being. And at the end of the service, she had the audacity to demand a tip! I wouldn’t come back here if I was dying of starvation.

Absolute pisser , had a wonderful waitress whom have to leave bc shift exchange then she was given a new waitress she got pissy bc I asked old waitress to make our cocktails she came over and attacked my gf and I stating she don’t make money on us , and was swearing, disrespectful, very unkind. I don’t recommend this place

Had to edit and add, I ordered here tonite as a last min due to busy mom life I was just eating my quesadilla chicken salad late and seen particles of bacon in it … I called and explained I am not allowed to have bacon and the mgr says well there wud not be bacon in this. As if I am lying.. she says she will refund the 18$ and says sorry. Not offered to cover my 38$ bill nor did she offer anything to correct or sympathize with the fact I can’t have bacon and I just breast fed my baby.!!!!

My son had picked up our very large order from the Smithfield location and asked for our order. He was had
Ed a big bag and at the same time he asked for a side of honey mustard. The woman working, seemed quite out off by the request but did return with a small container (smaller than the side containers).
I would have gladly paid for sides if asked.
After he left I received a call that part of the order was left. My daughter went inside to pick up the order and also asked for a side of honey mustard (not realizing my son had asked). The young girl happily said yes, however the woman who helped my son previously refused to give it to them.

It is so silly because it is a condiment side and after placing a $152.00 order, one would think ordering a side condiment would not be an issue
I normally would not right this as a complaint but the fact that my children were treated rudely upsets me, as they are extremely respectful children and I am confident that asked politely.

My husband and I often dine at Chili's. The 3 for me deal is a great deal! On this particular visit at the end of meal we looked at the bill and saw we were charged $16.99 for the
bacon guacamole sandwich instead of the $10.99 for the chicken sandwich my husband ordered. He gets the crispy chicken meal but with grilled chicken. Never in all our years of going has this been an issue. They've always made the substitution without an issue or an attitude. The bartender basically told us there was no other way to ring it in. Chicken is more expensive. She's just doing what her boss wants her too- and that job pays for her 2 year old. Welp- that earned her the minimum tip and this bad review. For that kind of service- I won't be back there again.

This is (usually) the best Chili’s in RI!
