Usually this chipotle is bussin but today I was very much so let down. I ordered a chicken bowl that left me very dissapointed because the ingredients were not fresh. I don’t know what needs to be done but something must change. I may even need to take this to corporate.

Ordered online, paid for double steak, got maybe half a portion. Bowl was skimpy across the board — barely any rice, beans, or toppings. Staff looked miserable and clearly didn’t care. If you actually want a full meal, skip Chipotle and go to CAVA next door. Simple as that.

The last few times we ordered online, they got our order either completely wrong or missed items. This, along with very stale chips and slimy salad that's half frozen makes for a very frustrating and poor experience. The quality could be so much better and more consistent. Chipotle, please do better as a company.

I just went there at 9:00 p.m. please keep in mind that they close at 11:00 p.m. and asked if I could please have some plain rice because of an allergy to cilantro. I was told that they've made all the rice that they are making for the night. So I had to leave... I haven't had it in a while was hesitant to even walk through the door but really do enjoy it sincerely.
I’ve been to this chipotle twice. Once around 1:30 pm and once around 5pm. I’ve gotten both dine in and carry out. Both times; every single table has been dirty. I don’t want to sit down to eat because of it. Sauce or food or drinks are smeared and the stainless steel looks disgusting. I picked up an order to go today while also getting an order made in line. The to go container had maybe half a scoop of brown rice in it. The container it was packed in also leaked through the bag and onto my clothing and in my car. Both times I have been here there have been missing ingredients at the bar - today it was no grilled vegetables. The other time I went they were out of white rice. There was no one making any effort to make more so none was offered. My chips have been stale both times as well. The foods flavor is consistent but that’s really it. The staff seems split down the middle - some care & some don’t. I’ll be heading next door to Cava from now on.

I’m sorry but this is the worst Chipolte in the state. I have a gluten allergy so there is not many places I can eat at for a fast type of service, besides chipolte. I don’t come to this location often but when I do, they either don’t have ANY food, no chips, and/or the food is awful. You pay for double chicken and they give u barely a regular servicing, the rice is stale, the food is awful. And no one ever calls to tell you half your order will not be made, they wait to tell you when you get there. I understand it’s not the workers fault they ALWAYS run out of food, but you should be contacting your customers and telling them so they can seek other options. Go to Cava next food if you actually want to receive your food.

I mobile order for a reason. I arrived 5 minutes after my mobile order and received my order TWENTY WHOLE MINUTES AFTER MY TIME. Then my friend also had the same issue. Mind you, there was no other customers in the entire store just me and my two friends. They also made my friends bowl completely wrong and forgot two ingredients as-well as added additional ingredients that she did not order. In my order I was also missing a drink and my side of guac. This was the worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I will not be coming back.

Literally the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I have grown to LOVE chipotle and look forward to treating myself to food I actually enjoy. Unfortunately, this location has stolen that love from me. Stale or undercooked rice, half of an avocado in my guacamole that I paid extra for (i could've just bought myself an avocado for less than I got charged if I really wanted), and meat that is consistently burnt. There's no hope for this location... just drive the extra 20 minutes to the lincoln location- better service and better quality.

Chipotle, oh chipotle. I love this chain restaurant very much , as it is one of my weekly meals. What I do not love is the unfairness and the cold shoulders the staff gives. Obviously this does not apply to all staff but one girl unfairly serves customers with different portion sizes of food.
Second day in a row exact cash was needed due to lack of change. Employees and food quality are great but management really has to get the cash drawer under control, it’s a huge inconvenience.
