food was great but the older women with short grey hair is so rude to not only her own co workers but also customers.. literally have not had one positive experience with her and i think she needs to be retrained or something like it’s seriously a problem and idk how she feel it’s okay to talk to anyone with such attitude

If you’re watching your waist size, or just generally hate acceptable portion sizes this is the place for you. Money doesn’t really matter right, so why be upset when you pay $20 bucks for a bowl that’s half empty; who really needs rice or beans, or meat for that matter. I’ll be honest the next time I go in I might splurge and just pay $20 for an empty bowl. The cherry on top is that dude Chris who automatically makes it impossible to scan your chipotle rewards to save time in an empty line. Overall great customer service, quality of food, would recommend to my ex wife

I ordered here for pick up and they didn’t include any guacamole in 3 of the bowls, they forgot sour cream, and even the beans, I practically had nothing in my bowls there was 4 pieces of meat exactly and very little rice. This was straight trash and I had paid 43$ for this

I usually don’t have a problem going to chipotle when I order inside, but today I ordered online. When I got home from picking up my food i realized both my bowls are extremely skimpy. Both bowls have no sour cream when I ordered sour cream on both, half corn when I ordered double. This order was almost $30. Extremely disappointing I hope chipotle can make this right.

Just about every time my girlfriend and I come here it’s always Brandon who cashes us out. I’ve personally known Brandon for a few years. He’s a very nice person and certainly takes care of us when we cash out. Thank you Brandon for showing what customer service should be like

If no one is going to tell David then allow me to be the first to say that David should either stay in his lane and know his place or avoid communicating with the customer all together if all he knows is how to treat the customer with no empathy at all.

Ordered quesadilla, chips & queso on the app. Picked it up, got home & was wondering why the bag seemed so light; my quesadilla was missing & the rest (beans & salsa) looked like they were soaked in milk. I tried to call the restaurant but all you get is a robot so I reported the missing quesadilla on the app. I was given a free entree but had to drive all the way back to pick it up. This time I got the quesadilla but got half the beans I normally do & the sour cream was complete liquid. Couldn’t use the beans from the 1st order because they were soaked.
