Recent Reviews

The last few times we ordered online, they got our order either completely wrong or missed items. This, along with very stale chips and slimy salad that's half frozen makes for a very frustrating and poor experience. The quality could be so much better and more consistent. Chipotle, please do better as a company.

Chipotle, oh chipotle. I love this chain restaurant very much , as it is one of my weekly meals. What I do not love is the unfairness and the cold shoulders the staff gives. Obviously this does not apply to all staff but one girl unfairly serves customers with different portion sizes of food.

I have always had good experiences at this Chipotle but my most recent one knocked my socks off.
I placed a catering order online, but somehow mixed up the items I had ordered. The person who helped me told me not to worry and was able to make the changes to my order to make it the way that I had originally wanted even though it was 100% my fault that the order was incorrect. She was able to fix everything in time for my pickup window and reassured me that I had nothing...
