Coffee Connection Smithfield

I love their food, and their coffee is good.
Unfortunately, too many poor experiences with service. Last night, we went over an hour before it closed… And we had to talk the employees into making something off their menu. They said they had already closed their stations. It is tacky, business, practice, and very frustrating. Either change your hours, or change your practices. I know this is New England, but I grow weary of the apathetic attitude in the young people they have working here.

Decent food. Seems a bit chaotic at times behind the counter. Lack of communication causes delays but they're mostly kids so it's kind of expected.

The Coffee Connection in Smithfield is hands down the best coffee shop around. Since moving to the area, I’ve been looking for my new go-to spot, and I’m so glad I found this place. The food is absolutely fabulous, the prices are great, and you can tell the management really knows how to run things—everything is smooth, welcoming, and well organized.

What truly sets this location apart is the staff. Everyone is so warm and friendly that you feel right at home the moment you walk through the door. The service is wonderful every single time, and I so look forward to going there each day.

I used to be a daily patron of Brewed Awakening in Johnson (it is a complete 180 degree difference), but discovering The Coffee Connection in Smithfield has been a world of a difference and I’m so thankful! This place has quickly become my new favorite. Highly recommended!

Coffee Connection is easily one of my favorite spots. The coffee is always excellent, but what really makes it awesome is the people. The whole staff is seriously some of the nicest, most genuine folks around — they always greet you with a smile and actually remember you. Joey, the GM, sets the tone for the place and you can tell everyone loves working there. Just an overall great vibe every time I stop in.

The staff is so slow and is never happy, so sad

Great service nice staff even though someone took my order by mistake but staff made up for it. Coffee is fire and bagels too.

Pulled up to the speaker, the girl working didn’t say hello, how are you, nothing. She was just so unfriendly and was giving nasty looks. She was extremely short as well. Not sure if she was just having a bad day, this was a Sunday early afternoon so it wasn’t busy at all, but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude worker at this location. The coffee was not good. Will never spend another dime here. HIGHLY do not recommend. Seems to be the teenage girls here that always have a terrible attitude. And i’ve seen multiple reviews saying similar things to what i experienced as well

Came in here with two kids I nanny for and the service was bad. The girl working didn’t say how are you, barely said hi. She was just so unfriendly and almost was giving me dirty looks. Not sure if the work atmosphere is just stressful or if she just had an off day but this isn’t the first time I’ve had a rude worker at this location. The coffee was not great. Got two Oreo shakes for the kids they were super watery. Muffins were good. Overall I won’t be back.

Every time I have gone to this location they have always messed up the order. Not only did they mess up once we brought the order back let them know it wasn’t the right order and told them what we wanted and they said they would fix it but gave us back the same wrong order. Any other location is great this one needs a lot of work.

Emily is always so kind and goes out of her way. I love coffee connection but her service always makes the experience!
