Coffee Connection Smithfield

I went to the drive thru at coffee connection in Smithfield. Ordered two sausage egg sandwiches and a coffee. I got someone else’s order. I’m not sure what happened but even the girl at the window confirmed the right order when I paid. When I got home I saw that I had a bagel with cream cheese and a bacon egg and cheese. I’m very displeased with the service. When I paid more money for two sausage egg and cheese sandwiches vs a bagel with cream. Very disappointing.

Reasonably priced food and coffee, both pretty good! And lots of seating available.

Unfortunately there was no changing table in either restroom which provided a major challenge for me and my friend who met there with our babies.

The girls working the counter were so rude! No greeting, had attitudes and walked off before I even finished paying. Then they forgot to make my food order…. After seeing everyone after me get their food I let them know and then I received my food a while after everyone I was with had already finished eating. Didn’t even get an apology. Definitely don’t recommend.

Shouldn’t take 15 minutes to get a smoothie. Smoothie sat in blender for 12 minutes as I watched others get their coffee ahead of just grabbing the smoothie quick. Great pastries and drinks but the service is so slow.

Great most of the time, but it really shouldn't take 10mins for a small ice coffee especially when its not busy, also they forgot to put carmel swirl in my coffee even though they wrote it on the cup.

I absolutely LOVE coffee connection. I don't love how long it takes to get an order. Just a coffee, should not take 15 minutes. The workers are all sweet girls , but they move so slow. People shouldn't be getting hot sandos faster than an ice coffee. I also shouldn't be waiting an additional 10 minutes for an order than was put in ahead/ online 25-30 minutes before hand. But honestly the most delicious cup of coffee.

Went there today for a pick up order and there was an employee (I wish I knew her name, but she was blonde and working drive thru) she was extremely rude and disrespectful to another employee working there. It seemed like maybe he was training on the food and she was extremelyyyy disrespectful to him the entire time to the point that it made me uncomfortable. Not once did this employee acknowledge me the 4 times she walked by me .. I had to go to the counter and ask if my pick up order was ready (after waiting for 15 minutes past the pick up time) … either way, that poor gentleman making the food .. I felt awful for him because of the way she was treating him. How uncomfortable for him and the customers!!

Spend $30 for a acai bowl, a small coffee and a chicken wrap and the wrap had all bad lettuce in it. This is not the first time there's been an issue with quality which is why I am now providing a review.

Might be some of the worst service, this is the second time in a row I have waited at the drive through for >5 minutes without being served or even asked to wait. Multiple cars behind me left before I followed.

Sorry . but in need of more help , some employees seem to be agitated . a rude or just can’t handle, Retraining ??? not all the employees some are pleasant
