The coffee is good with flavoring but that’s about it. Every single time I go there, the price for a medium flavored (same flavor every time) iced coffee is different. If you ask for a receipt you get attitude. The price is always different and at Starbucks level of pricey. And yet they’ll still verbally solicit for tips “would you like to put a tip on the card”. No. Not at that price point. Not after waiting in a ridiculously long line almost every time now. Need to go elsewhere.

Only order from this place, when my favorite spot is closed!! They got my order wrong. Ordered a bacon egg and cheese thru doordash and it came with no bacon!! This time they just cancelled my order without reason and I have not received a refund yet. Don’t recommend.

While the building and atmosphere is nice, the drinks were awful. The food was okay, but the bacon was way undercooked. I asked for two mocha blasts and a vanilla madness. They gave me two vanilla madnesses and I asked for it to be fixed. They just dumped one of the vanillas back into the blender added something and put it back in the cup. The cup was only about 2/3 full. The drinks were flavorless and looked like milk. The coffee connection in Woonsocket is 10x better than this one. They actually know how to make drinks and cook their food properly. The staff here was not rude but definitely short and seemed annoyed at me asking to get what I paid for. Won't be coming back.

I love the drive thru option here, especially on my way to work. Love the breakfast sandwiches pair with an iced chai latte. Staff was pleasant and lots of room for seating inside.Kid-friendliness: My daughter loves dining in for breakfast.

Foods alright, except once or twice I decided not to eat it. Seems like other foods might get too close in the cooking process which I assume is why the food was unappetizing. Also multiple times I’ve sat in the drive thru waiting for nothing. Hours say close at 6pm, and even though there’s people inside and it’s only 4pm, I sit there until I just have to leave.

if i could give this place 0 stars, i would.It took them four times to make the order correct (turkey bacon, egg and cheese in a croissant). I did not receive any type of apology from the staff and by the time they made it correctly the croissant was completely burnt. Not to mention, my boyfriend and i each ordered a right cross and they tasted and looked completely different.Although it is very pretty inside, i will not be returning due to its lack of customer service and basic knowledge of making an order.

More of a question?Why on Door dash do you not have adjustable selections? I am lactose intolerant and need to select no cheese on certain items, but I have to call the store? So, order on Dash and call you? Seems redundant.It's the day and age where certain things people can't have, should allow for adjustment.I did go in and was able to get what I wanted, at an earlier time, and I did get a dairy free bagel and an excellent coffee. :)
