We hopped out of Mai Thai and wanted something sweet. This place is right next door and soft serve sounded great. We got a vanilla and chocolate swirl with chocolate sprinkles and an espresso with chocolate sprinkles, both on cones. The service was great and the ice cream was perfect. Yum!
If you are looking for 100% disinterested workers and people who could care less you are even there and would rather talk to all their friends on the inside then deal with you...then this is the place for you, but if you want good customer service and a smile, look elsewhere!
It was okay. I would have rated it better if they had better ways to travel with the food. My son and I went out exploring while my wife worked in the hotel. We stopped to get ice cream at Dell's. I specifically told the person there that we would be taking the ice cream in the car back to the hotel. She told me that they had not tops for the cups. I asked if they had a carrier. No carrier. We ordered anyway and she loads the cups up so that they are spilling all over the...
