I understand weather was terrible out, poor drivers, but pizza crust was horrible and cold, need new pizza place in Greenville,RI cause Domino’s sucked tonight? Crust tasted awful, going back to making my own, medically retired chef, from florida. No more Domino’s crust sucked, wasted 30.00

I ordered a thin crust pizza the one that was delivered was cut into squares like a party pizza. When i called to find out what happened the manger rudely told me that is how it is made even thou ive been ordering there for years and never had a pizza like that from them.

Welcome to 2024 where rules make no sense…I live 3 miles away 11 min drive in Smithfield and they will not deliver to me. But, they’ll deliver to my friends house in Johnston 25 min away. They will not make an exception at all when I call and ask they just say sorry we can’t deliver to you. STUPIDEST THING I EVER HEARD OF!!! I will never order from here out of pure spite, I’m actually about to drive further away to pick up pizza from another place we love.

Emergency pizza is a scam, and not a real giveaway. I made multiple qualifying orders, never received my emergency pizzas, and have been ignored by customer service for months. I'll never go to Domino's again.

Order from dominos all the time and feel I am getting ripped off more and more each time. Last night was the last time. Pizza sauce tasted rancid and pizza was handled HORRIBLY. Skimp toppings and I can’t believe they send pieces of chicken the size of a quarter for 1$ each? I’m sure the sauce was rancid since I’ve had terrible gas all night and been on the toilet 3 times this morning. Im outraged. Do yourself a favor and order from a pizza place that’s not this terrible chain. Oh and my daughter was eating the crust and showed me the raw dough inside and that’s a 10 year old. If you can’t please a 10 year old just close up shop.Please.

Every time I visit a Dominoes location in person even though the majority of orders are delivered, I still get a warm welcome from a staff of skilled and eager pizza chefs. The pizza is delicious and you even get rewarded for showing up in person by having access to whichever managers special is available at that location! It’s one of my regular stops!
