Terrible. Only place you will sit for 30min in the drive through with only 3 cars ahead. Seems like all workers are incapable of taking more than a few orders at a time. Shut this place down or get new management

Was there yesterday morning I would say about 8:30 AM. This new guy was there. He was trying to do what they asked him to do and do all of his baking, and they kept yelling at him to go to other places and then when the stuff was done in the oven, they yelled at him even to get it out, even though he was with a customer because they yelled at him to go upfront, then they yelled at him to make more coffee. It was ridiculous, and I just kept seeing people go outside the other workers and they kept popping on those stupid pens why this kid was trying to do everything by himself. Worst Duncan I have ever been to their staff is rude, crude and obnoxious, and downright cruel

The guy that weeks the night shift here closes shop about 10 minutes before closing. He takes his time answering the drive up and is real casual about getting your order out

Just picked up the absolute most disgusting coffe I have ever had in my life here. Cold brew 2 creams no sugar. Literally tasted like there was bleach in my coffee.

Girl at the drive through had a lot of attitude with me and laughed when I asked her a question through the intercom. I ordered a coolatta and received it not filled all the way. Called up and was told what do you want me to do about it? STAY AWAY!!

Didn't even get to order, stood there for ten minutes being completely ignored. I knew they were busy so waited..... no "hold on" no " be with you" nothing. So friggen rude. Literally at the register being walked past and ghosted. Never will buy from here again.
Ordered bagel bites and hash browns and they were absolutely cold! Uncooked food is dangerous! You could tell they didn’t wanna be there and work but making unhealthy food should not be allowed.

I just went through the drive thru at 8:20 am and only 3 cars in the line. The girl finally spoke in the speaker after 3 minutes of silence with “sorry I was making all the food what can I get you” and when I go to the window I waited a solid 5 minutes while watching 3 employees inside talk to each other while the one who took my order was making all the food and drinks. She gave me my items with a miserable look and barely spoke besides a “sorry.” She was absolutely miserable and every time I’ve gone in the past few months they either short change me or are rude and short with me. I work in customer service and I sympathize but these people are absolutely miserable.

i’ve been coming here since Oct 2022. Everyday i come in the same girl is complaining about being busy. she’s always in a mood and i believe she is the manager. i mean really. it’s work no one wants to do it. if you hate it that much quit. we as customers don’t need to here almost daily “ f this i’m over it” It’s work people. When she gets over weekend she put the sign up that it’s “drive-thru only” She miserable and if that’s what you want running your store i’ll go to the 18 others on the block
