All 3 girls on their phones. I had to ask for them to make my app order. It was 1 small coffee. This is why I make coffee at home!

Ultra slow drive through , and they ALWAYS get our order wrong. Large ice coffee, lite, 2 sweet and lows, came black, 5 sugars, 2 sweet and lows.

This morning, I had a disappointing experience. They need to do better with training starting with the mgr. Today, I told the clerk I wanted to used my points and at the end she charged the bill to acct (I’d just added funds so it was that screen). The right thing would have been to perhaps advise “you are on the wrong screen” for points or “Did you pick your rewards already”. The manager notices, I was not happy and automatically approaches the counter and starts by blaming me “Is the customer responsibility to handle points” “we don’t know how many points you have and on and on. Even if it was true, I told her “she could have advice or offer guidance” she followed by giving an excuse “she doesn’t know” and finalized by walking away mumbling. Is not too hard to turn the negative experience with an I’m sorry, she couldn’t guide you” or “My apologies, she is new”. Empathize, acknowledge, support, use positive language. CS is important in every business. Employees represent the brand. Remember, we the client’s fund all your paychecks and this should be enough to motivation to retain all customers and increase store’s profit. Do better. Thank you

Consistently the slowest Dunkin on Earth

Waited at the speaker for 5 minutes, ordered, and waited another 10 minutes in line with zero movement. The car at the window (three cars in front of us) drove around to the front to have to walk in the store. We decided to leave at that point.
Very slow here. Like really super slow, I don't think I've been to any other Dunkins and waited this long before. Second time here and same experience even with mobile order I'm waiting long. I rather drive elsewhere for Dunkin.

Poor customer services the girls are having personal conversations loud where I was sitting waiting for my coffee I can hear there conversation so clear yet they placed my coffee down on the counter without telling me it was ready so I was stuck listening to this conversation for an additional 3 minutes until I realize my latte was on the counter!

Slow very very slow day at the drive through for 10 minutes without being acknowledged then waited another 20 minutes at the window for one coffee how is this ok?
As always, another great shop. Sometimes, the drive-through gets very busy. It's much faster I'd you go inside.

They definitely have to change staff, they are very slow and they serve you different dishes than the one you ordered
