Now if I went to The Providence Mall they slow , talk to much and if I get the right one who does job I get my coffee As of onlyville Providence they do coffee the right way every time, in other near Warwick they get it

I started to work in Smithfield and have been getting my coffee from the one on Atwood Ave in Cranston everyday. As of recent they’ve been giving me my coffee a little darker than normal and it tastes bitter even with cream and caramel in it and as a former Dunkin employee I know that that’s bc someone did not stir the batch before taking it off the brewer which they should be doing so it has the correct color and flavor. I’ve started visiting this Dunkin in Smithfield before work and everytime I go it’s the best coffee and food I’ve ever had, and the bagel minis and hash browns I always get are always hot and yummy!! Thank you for giving me a great breakfast and experience!!!

I did a mobile order pickup today at 10:52 a.m. when I got out of my car and started walking to the door it smelled of marijuana because one of the employees was smoking where the garbage cans are which is right next to the sidewalk to get in the building. I went to go and speak with the manager instead. I had to speak with the shift lead when I informed her that somebody was smoking weed on the property while people are trying to walk and that's all they can smell. She sat there and said well. It's a legal state to smoke in and the owner gave permission so apparently you're allowed to be under the influence while you're working. This state has gone to hell and if it's not this state, the owner of that specific Dunkin donuts needs to get his head examined. Some people can't be around that. Some people are allergic to it. You cannot sit there and say it is okay for them to sit there and smoke on the property. I don't care if we're a legal state or not. Very unprofessional

The shift leader in the morning does not really do her job right she talks to people when people is waiting flying take there order at the front she flirts with customers like this I want a coffee I shouldn’t have to wait

The trouble with their app is it makes you sign in and do a pic test and then a code and then the app disappears. I miss the days of the DD card they use to scan. In addition, the people there are disorganized and no one knows how to use their own app. One employee said hardly anyone uses the points. Once they scaned the points and they lost it. Are you kidding?Order something, get it wrong. Line held up with app people trying to pic bridges and so on, get code, log into account just to pay and get points. Add money- no one knows how to show us with our account. DD has great products but the app is the worst. In fact, we don't even go to DD anymore because of the app and we used to spend over $100 a month. The app sucks and so do the employees that know nothing! To make matters worse there was a beggar Indian guy soliciting for money outside and inside the joint. We just left and bought nothing. This was may 24, 2024.
Ordered via the app, skipped the line at drive thru, walked in, got my order and out faster than you can say "Dunking".

11/21 @ 742pm (on order sticker on side of cup) Picked up a hot chocolate. Driving back and cup suspiciously smelled like bleach, did not sip. Got home opened the lid and there was a weird soapy concoction in the cup... Please inspect your cups. The Dunkin worker should have noticed it, definitely should do a quality check. Bleachy smell, soapy and weird looking mix...WASTED money. Never go back there again!

Does it bother anyone else when someone says that they will be right with you....and then walks away to do the drive thru....(when someone is already there) and continues on drive tru so a 3 person takes the counter. And then they didn't have the coffee made to make my order! All I want is a XL coffee black, you can't get it!

Ordered a frozen hot chocolate with extra chocolate and add whip cream. They forgot to put the whip cream and had to take it back after we already waited almost 5 minutes. The frozen hot chocolate had barely any chocolate in it and tasted like basically just ice. It was so gross I threw it
