Quick service but they rip you off with cream cheese

Wow ordered one of the new hash brown scrambles it was hardly warmed topped with ice cold cheese. We politely asked for it to be re made and reheated…it was stirred not heated at all and handed back with a smirk. Prime example of how Dunkin’ has gone downhill.

On December 7, 2024, the morning crew failed to show up to work. Hours are posted as 4 AM. At 4:44 the place was dark and had mobile orders, pending on the screen as I drove up to the drive-through window.
On top of that, they messed up my order yesterday and gave me everything bagel with sausage instead of a plain with bacon .
Traditionally frustrating service wait time in the morning that I just accept, but this is getting ridiculous and I’m now skipping the store and going to one closer towards work.

Order through Uber eats stuck at work .. order cinnamon raisin bagel toasted and it came un toast.. grosss not eating it ..thanks for nothing .

For having 7 crew members on duty, 15 minutes for 2 iced coffees (extra extra, and 3 cream 3 sugar) this is unacceptable.
If I could give my drive thru experience a negative mark I would but it's not available therefore. Don't go to this location on Sundays all of the employees are literal children and think their job is a joke. I have never had such a bad drive thru experience ever. They couldn't hear me so they said "Again" not excuse me, like gimme a break!

The worst Dunkin' I have ever been to. They never get orders correct, from the way the coffee is made to including the food items ordered. This is the kind of place that makes you check your bag and taste your drink before pulling away. Employees often seem stoned and out of it. With so many other stores locally, skip this one and head east or west 2 minutes for a store that deserves your business.

This daytime crew is amazing. I can’t thank them enough for turning a bad experience into an amazing one. After a small mix up with an order the drive through girls kept their cool and still had a positive attitude and a smile. We need more workers like them! Thank u team for a wonderful visit!

They have no sense of urgency at this dunkin. i’m late for work at this point thing this sitting now 15 minutes in the drive through. i’ve never had to wait this. big guy making the sandwiches moves at snail speed and i’m pissed. never been this pressed about a fast food trip but come on. and I hate the manager at this place too from past experiences so this just makes everything about this place sucks.
