This place is honestly the worst dunkin in the state. I have never once received my order correctly . The coffee always taste absolutely terrible. Someone is doing something wrong making the coffee. Yesterday there was green chunks of something or another. Floating in my coffee do your self the favor and drive down the street the half mile and go to the other one. I will not be back there. I am a tipped employee so I never order Dunkin’ Donuts without leaving a tip. And this is the service they give.

This Dunkin doesn’t even deserve the 1 star. Order is always some type of wrong. It’s very hard to comprehend how this is a constant issue. Went in at a busy time, which yes I understand it can be chaotic, but I myself was in the food industry for almost 25 years total. There is absolutely no excuse for the constant issues with orders or lack of service. It literally seems like the inmates are running the asylum in this particular Dunkin. Been like this as long as we’ve been going here almost 4 years now, without any type of fix or change. I understand mistakes do happen but how is it every time? Please answer this?

This is a very nice Dunkin, On my way in I had a worker hold the door for me to let me in which was very nice and the service was very quick and the person at the front gave us all their attention. This is a very nice Dunkin and I will come here again. I would recommend this to anyone who wants a coffee donut or even a quick drink of water.

I am appalled by the lack of effort put into everything I order from here. Normally I try to come before I leave for work and am stuck in the drive thru everyday for at least 10 minutes with no one in front of me and I order an iced coffee and hash brown! Today I placed a mobile order of $40 for my family- I placed it online to be considerate towards the workers hence it was a bigger order (still very small) I ordered 50 munchkins all glazed and jelly and what did I get? All chocolate? I guess it was my mistake for not looking before I got home- oh and keep in mind I also was missing food items that luckily i checked for and went back!! But come on man just a waste of money for something I didn’t even order!

Wow ordered one of the new hash brown scrambles it was hardly warmed topped with ice cold cheese. We politely asked for it to be re made and reheated…it was stirred not heated at all and handed back with a smirk. Prime example of how Dunkin’ has gone downhill.

On December 7, 2024, the morning crew failed to show up to work. Hours are posted as 4 AM. At 4:44 the place was dark and had mobile orders, pending on the screen as I drove up to the drive-through window.
On top of that, they messed up my order yesterday and gave me everything bagel with sausage instead of a plain with bacon .
Traditionally frustrating service wait time in the morning that I just accept, but this is getting ridiculous and I’m now skipping the store and going to one closer towards work.
