One of the morning workers he is always happy and in a good mood he will go above and beyond to make sure customers are satisfied

Paid $6 for an iced cookie butter matcha. Whoever made this gave me a quarter of a cup of a matcha slushie and filled the top with the cookie butter cold foam. Whenever I order this, the workers mix the matcha and milk, then pour it over ice. I am highly disappointed and what a waste of money!!!! Also, the lady at the window was quite rude. I asked her for a donut and she seemed highly inconvenienced even though there was no line and no one inside.

Literally never have a problem at this Dunkin and they’re pretty accurate with orders, they may have minor mishaps with some orders but I don’t mind since I know everyone makes mistakes and mistakes aren’t limited.

I am a regular at this dunkin, some of the workers are awesome but some others not so much. My order has been wrong the past couple of times and today I asked for cinnamon on top in the drive thru. When I pulled up to the window, I got my coffee (with cold foam pouring out on the side of the cup) without cinnamon. I asked if she could just add the cinnamon that I requested and she rolled her eyes at me, scoffed, and said “No I am not doing that we are slammed”… (even though that’s how I ordered it originally). I can understand being busy but it was such a small request, and it’s how I ordered my coffee. Also, I have always tipped well at this Dunkin. I don’t mean to sound like a Karen but she was so rude about it that I don’t think I will be coming here anymore.

I'm moving out of Smithfield back to MA tomorrow but I really wanted to say for the past year I've been living here, I've been really impressd with the service. I never have got a bad coffee or food ever from here. Truly appreciate this.

Bought xl hot coffee, the cup nearly fell apart from the heat. Luckily it didn't break while drinking it or carrying it. I took pics of it but nowhere to post.
Morning crew- PLEASE PAY ATTENTION TO THE MOBILE ORDERS. I've gone there several times with a mobile order for a a bacon topped avocado toast.... they handed toast with no bacon... happens all the time now, I've been having to order extra bacon just incase they forget to put it on but now I'm spending double for something that should be done correctly by the order. the other day I sent it back and asked for bacon to be added, and they literally laid 1 strip of bacon on it.....I like going here, I just want my bacon avocado toast made correctly please :)

Went thru drivethru for a small black coffee and a toasted bagel w. Cc. When i went to pay, they reached out with keypad asking for a tip. I left 15%, hit the road and found out they didnt even cc my bagel, just poured a black coffee in a cup, toasted a bagel and tossed the cc cup in the bag. What maybe 8 seconds of effort! And you want a freaking tip! Stay away from this dd!

Horrible experience. This morning, I ordered a snacky bacon and got it cold. I went back and politely asked if I could get it heated up and they replied in a rude manner saying "No that's how it comes" Knowing all the other dunkins I go to don't have cold bacon. I feel very disrespected the way they were laughing at me as I ordered. They were laughing at my accent, Not very friendly like. Again, Horrible experience.
