I order from here often and the food is usually good. But today the chicken had zero flavor and tasted rubbery. The cheese also seemed like it was melted in the microwave because it was one concentrated also rubbery blob in the middle. There is a person there who throws the sandwiches and wraps together. You get all the meat at one end, lettuce and sauce at the other and it falls apart. When this employee makes our food it's usually not good. Last two orders were like this.

Local deli with a great variety of sandwiches. So large they can be breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

I absolutely love this place! Everyone is so friendly and the food is great! Sure it’s a bit of a wait of you want something like a cheeseburger sub but that’s 100% normal. It can’t be magically handed to you out of thin air, they have to make it. Everything I have tried here has exceeded expectations. If you love deli foods you will love it here. They now have themselves a customer for life!

I order from here often. Today my wrap did not have extra chicken (in fact, more lettuce than chicken), it wasn't grilled per request, and it was thrown together with all the hummus at one end so it fell apart while eating. I'm disappointed and am not so eager to return.

I suppose it isn't fair to compare with what Js was 20 years ago but I will!! I so looked forward to a chicken parm and meatball sub so I bought both...meh at best. I guess I could have stopped at Papa Ginos...!

Iv gone to Jay's when I'm by one for years now. From what I remember they were great but we started a new job at Bryant and iv been stopping by Jay's afterwards and I have to say it's not as good as I remember. It just seems like nothing has any flavor. The meatball and sausage was horrible. Dry and flavorless. The fish wrap was even worse mushy fish, the batter seemed under cooked and mushy and was just a mess. Thanksgiving day sandwich again not much flavor just a couple specks of cranberry. Chicken parm not much flavor and drenched in so much sauce my bread was soggy by the time I got in my truck to eat it. Iv had a couple other sandwiches I was also not impressed by but this is already long enough. Only sandwich i had recently that I personally was happy with was the Ruben which I'm pretty sure they put on white bread and not rye but I could be wrong, either way it was still good.

The food is consistent and solid, but their online menu is a complete train wreck. Good luck finding anything you are looking for, the categories are all over the place. I always just give up and call to order instead.
