My waitress was awful with a terrible attitude. Food was disappointing. Will never go back.

The Trap North is a restaurant that offers a delightful dining experience, known for its great food and excellent service, especially during brunch and special occasions. The atmosphere is lovely, featuring a nice outside deck, picnic tables, music, and a fire pit, making it a fun place to meet up with friends. The staff is friendly and attentive, creating a relaxed and welcoming environment. Many visitors praise the delicious food, with standout dishes like Burger and Salmon, and the friendly servers.
However, some recent reviews mention that service can be rushed and inconsistent, with long waits and inattentive staff during busy times. For instance, there were complaints about being hurried through dessert orders and issues with beer availability. Concerns have also been raised about reheated chicken wings, which can be tough and greasy, and cold jalapeño scalloped potatoes that were not promptly heated. Despite these issues, The Trap North remains a popular spot for both adults and children, focusing on high-quality food and a fun, inviting atmosphere. The restaurant allows dogs, adding to its casual vibe, and many consider it a staple and go-to spot for dinner. Overall, it remains a place where many enjoy good food and a lively setting, complemented by great live music.
