When somebody orders 2 of the same beverages on door dash, one decaf and one regular, you NEED to mark which is which. My wife is allergic to decaf and you didn't mark which is decaf. Staff here are lazy and incompetent. Thanks to their complete laziness my wife couldn't drink her coffee. Staff lacks common sense.

Drove out of my way by 45 minutes to get some coffee, got there 15 minutes before close...sat at the drive through for five minutes, they ignored it...went inside, they hid in the back for the 10 minutes I waited. If you're someone that enjoys the brand itself, go somewhere else if you can help it. Pure laziness.

Marylou's has delicious coffee and food. Their customer service is great too! They are also dog lovers! They give my dog a treat every time we come through and also gifted us a donated dog toy!

Me and my mom took the drive through lane and it sucked The coffee we got had chocolate in it and it got all over us.Cause , the cup wasn't that good and also the spray was broken when they handed it to us And then it took them like 3 minutes to talk to us and then give us a napkin. They were also extremely rude as they didn't even speak once.

I've always loved the extra specialty iced coffees here, but if you don't like your coffee that sweet, even the unsweetened coffee flavors are the best. I recently tried their new refreshers, which are delicious, especially the watermelon cucumber one. My all-time favorites are the Minty Lou and the Banana Split. Even the bags of coffee you can buy taste amazing, especially Banana Nut. The ladies are always friendly, and I've never had an order done wrong. I should also mention that their prices are unbeatable.

Service is generally always great. Can be a little hit or miss on Sundays especially but any other day, top notch. Coffee is always on point and the muffins and other food items have always hit the mark. Drive thru is always quick and efficient.

We stopped for coffee and doughnuts while traveling.
Never been to a Marylou's before but the coffee was good and I loved the pink!! Google says that it is dine in, but it actually is not. Although you can order inside, there's nowhere to sit. Just keep that in mind! I enjoyed it very much

I live 20 minutes from here and was just passing through. But I'm just plain sick of Dunkin Donuts with their over priced products and wanted to try something different.The Prices aren't much different than Dunkin. But the coffee tasted pretty good. Just wish they used a little more ice. Was warm within 15 minutes. Either way I'll be back again.
