I had an egg and cheese on a bagel. It was disgusting !!! I noticed after I left there to go get a coffee at Panera and noticed that I could have bought a much better bagel sandwich for $1.00 more. Also, I ordered thought the app. I waited for 5 minutes at the order speaker before going to the drive-thru window. I complained at the window and was told that the speaker was not working. HOW WAS I SUPPOSE To KNOW. I am very disappointed. I will not be back.

The owner of this store openly doesn't pay attention to people with allergies and doesn't take responsibility for almost getting me sick due to his incompetent managers. Its 2025 telling people u shouldn't eat fast food is common sense but when they try to kill u not listening to allergies its unbelievable. THANK PHIL

Every table in the place was dirty and not just a crumb or two, but trash and food on every single table. I watched a lady go to the counter and ask for a rag and spray, they let her wash her own table... when my food to dine in was ready, after 20 minutes or more, it was tossed like trash on the front counter and she yelled my table #... I waited a moment and explaned it was an dine in order and ld like trays... because the tables were so dirty. I got a look of utter disgust and she walked away. With the price they charge I'd expect a clean table. And you should probably bring it to the table... like the sign on the table say "sit back and wait for you food to be brought to your table... or not!!!

Everytime we have come here over the last several yrs we order only to be sent to parking spot to await our order! Today was last time we will come here. 2 burgers, 2 small fries..17 minute wait with runner bringing 5 cars after us their orders. Husband had to stop server and ask about ours. They had given to wrong car and now we wait again. We're done.

I went between lunch & dinner just to grab some nuggets. There was a line at the drive-thru as usual, but that's fine. However they couldn't fill anyone's orders & had EVERYONE waiting...to the point that EVERY spot was full (granted they only have about 12 spaces) & I had to go around & wait in the line again. There was no explanation given (I understand things happen), no apology for the inconvenience (which is whatever) & the person was extremely rude, as if it was my fault they couldn't fill any orders...and that is NOT ok! And the icing on the cake was that the food was COLD so what were waiting for 🤷

I waited over an hour to get my food on a delivery because it wasn't done yet it took an hour just for them to say my food was ready, why it took an hour I don't know. My driver even said there were issues in the kitchen and kitchen drama where food wasn't being made. The service here sucks just in general even when I go to pick up or place an order it always takes forever. I understand it's busy but waiting over 20 minutes to an hour for 1 meal is just ridiculous.
