I got a take out order for lunch today at the Smithfield RI McDonald’s. The person taking my money went over my order to make sure it was right. She apologized for this and explained she is servicing both lines, it was fine with me. The manger gave me my drinks and asked me to wait in a space for the food. He was very polite asking me. I waiting about 3 or 4 minutes when a lady came out with my order. She had a container with napkins, sauce, ketchup, etc and asked if I needed...
Great service here today. My food was brought right to my table as I had requested and it was very good. I ordered thru the app and the only thing I wish the app aloud was to substitute the round egg for the folded egg with the McMuffins.
Unfortunately, McDonald's It's not what they used to be. Food has lost quality and the service. Just It's not there Anymore . It's just not This McDonald's, it's all McDonald's I used to go to McDonald's at least twice a week. Now it's down to once or twice a month.
