Sat down with my 2 daughters at the bar table 514 pm Sunday . No one said hi to us for 15 min we got up and left. Unreal . Go somewhere else. There’s is zero management happening here . Could overhear the employees complaint . Get it right whoever owns this place

It smelled like home. A smell clean and unique to the creamery. The food was good and the icecream sundies were a treat right out of my childhood.
The only thing of note is the bathroom doors are a bit difficult for my disabled mother.
We still had a winderful time.

Firstly I walked in there was a slight line waiting to be seated as parties of 2 n 3 or more i seen empty space at counter and walked up to the counter gal Ask if I could just sit there i was only getting a sundae she was actually the manager come to find out and told a young lady to make me a sundae without even letting me pick my own flavors of ice-cream lowsy experience and when the young lady bought me the sundae I took it with a smile and tipped her 3dollars wasn't her fault she's being improperly managed

Filthy. Floors were sticky, food on the floor, ICE cream was half melted and it took 30 minutes for 2 banana splits restaurant was not crowed there was 4 ppl including us in the place. No manger to talk to .. we got sat right next to the kitchen. When u get up u can see it was filthy floors just gross. All my life I been in restaurant business I never seen one this bad in long time. Ps make sure u take ur own toilet paper and stuff bathroom out of stock. Plz clean the bathroom it needs it.

The older waitress on day shift is too busy talking and pretending to wipe down tables to get orders right then gets mad after she messes up twice, and vocally complains about the customers in front of other coworkers.
The frappes were delicious. They had A good selection on the menu.

After many years returned to a Newport Creamery for a traditional burger on grilled toast and ice cream. Memories from my youth.
Certainly did not disappoint. Was just as expected, excellent. Prices were reasonable and service cheerful. They even had Maple Walnut Ice-cream!! Must do that again
