Certainly did not disappoint. Was just as expected, excellent. Prices were reasonable and service cheerful. They even had Maple Walnut Ice-cream!! Must do that again

I’ve been here two times and both times it was a terrible experience. The first time we came two services were fighting and screaming at one another as well as throwing food and condiments at each other in front of costumers. Additionally, our server reeked of weed and asked to use one of our napkins to take our order cause she didn’t have her book. The second and most recent time we went for breakfast and we were waiting to be sat for 15 minutes even after being acknowledged by a worker who said theyll be right with us. When we were finally being sat the person seating us was so unfriendly and acted like it was a burden to be seating us. However, once sat our server Ava was very nice, super sweet and very attentive.

Was there tonight and experienced poor customer service. Took over 50 minutes for our meals. Tables that arrived after us were served long before us. When the food finally arrived hot dog was very burnt. Nothing had any seasoning and the fish and chips was so greasy. I asked to speak to the manager but she never bothered to come speak to me.

the last time i came here, service was pretty slow, and we weren’t asked if we wanted another drink after quickly finishing them. we didn’t ever get offered another drink until we were about to leave.
we just recently came back, to give it another chance, and it was not good. it took 15 minutes to be seen, despite there being 4 tables in the restaurant. we seemed to be our server’s only table, yet it took 15 minutes for an awful awful. there was no ice cream line
i got my root beer float and it was very clearly overflowing all over the table. i was told “we’re gonna pretend it’s not overflowing” as a joke, but it was EXCESSIVELY messy. had to use all my napkins to clean it and was never offered any MORE napkins even for the food when it arrived. also wasn’t provided a spoon to eat the overflowing ice cream to minimize the mess. i had to go find myself a plastic sample spoon because neither waitresses were anywhere to be seen.
i work in a restaurant and i usually understand things happen, but there were legit 4 tables. i don’t know if our server was new or something, but that drink was a MESS.
