It’s your standard Panera Bread but you can tell they lack quality assurance. First off, i arrived at my designated time and it took an additional 10min. It was only a half sandwich and an apple. They seemed busy so I did cut them a little slack…. And then i got my food.
The onion on the Mediterranean sandwich made it under the bread instead of inside of it. lol. The bread was soggy from the sauce which is odd because I picked it up right when it came out and ate in the parking lot so that tells me it was prepared earlier and just wasn’t put out on the shelf for pickup.
I’m not sure if it was turkey or chicken since I didn’t eat it but there was meat in my veggie sandwich. Lucky for them I’m not a vegetarian because if I was I would’ve been very, very unhappy with meat being on my veggie sandwich.
They gave me a 50% off a bakery item and I used it for the cheesecake brownie bite and I’m glad I only paid $1 for it because it is TINY! 😂
Overall, I’ve been to worse and I’ve been to better. They’ve got room for improvement but I was happy to get my favorite sandwich nonetheless.
Also, as others have reported, employees are not very friendly or engaging. Talking amongst one another but didn’t have even 1 person make eye contact with me from when I walked in throughout the 10 min I was waiting. Weird.

I travel to this area on business often and this is not the first time this Panera has disappointed me. I just picked up my salad and my soup and drove several miles back to my hotel. I opened the salad and not only is it filled with lots of stems and very little lettuce but I have two Green Goddess salad dressing cups that do not have a teaspoon of dressing in either one. If you combine the two you wouldn't even get a half of a container. My expectation is when I pay $16 for a salad that I get all the condiments that go with it. I won't be visiting this location again
Went to pick up my order found my salad was tipped sideways in the bag. One of my sandwiches was missing. I let the worker know he said I did not know if you needed it so it did not get made. Finally got the sandwitch the employee turned around and started laughing. I opened the sandwich it was smooshed and the dressing was leaking all over the wrapper. This is the worst location. To top it off when the manager called me to ask what happened she said well if this happened. That just sent me over the edge. Never again will I do business at this location
They have a very pleasant and enjoyable atmosphere. You can go and enjoy delicious and good quality food. A good place to go and enjoy with family and friends.
Chipotle chicken avocado melt is awesome
Not what it used to be. Expensive
Service and food was terrible
I have used the drive thru at this location a few times now. All I have to say is plan to be waiting a very long time. My most recent visit I was the only one in line- took 20 minutes for my food to be handed to me and I was missing by a sandwich (only ordered 2 sandwiches and a kids Mac and cheese).
Wow highly recommend..Food was excellent and the service was exceptional..Everything was great and the coffee was fresh..No complaints..Had a great time..

Went to Panera‘s in Greenville and order takeout. Ordered two pictures one of them. I ordered the fiesta spicy chicken chili and a half a sandwich. Also ordered the Capri sandwich with a salad and a small macaroni and cheese. When I got home, there was no chili. Just a fiesta chicken sandwich along with a half of a steak sandwich. I called Panera’s and the girl on the phone was very snooty. I said I ordered the chili. The woman made a sandwich instead. I was told I can’t get a refund for something I didn’t get. I don’t think that’s fair correct or right or good business. If I ordered the chili and the cashier made a mistake that’s not my fault usually like Panera Panera’s this time not so much plus for the cost of everything they could be courteous enough and allow for a cup of chili. So merry Christmas
Friendly people work here

Had a bad experience this weekend when we ordered panera in Smithfield. They were out of half the ingredients needed to make the sandwich but charged the same price for it. There was 3 very tiny pieces of chicken in the sandwich and one of them was frozen. 2 tiny pieces of lettuce the sandwich was pretty much bread a slice of avocano 3 tiny pieces of shredded chicken and a sauce. The other sandwich we got the chicken was very cold almost frozen and the sandwich was very thin. Hardly anything in it. The salad was good. This is the third bad experience I've had there regarding them constantly not having the ingredients one time they had no bacon another time they had3 main ingredients missing for the salad another time they had no avocados. At this point....done.

Peace! I had a very unpleasant experience yesterday at the Smithfield, Putnam Pike Panera bread location. I went in and ordered half dozen sliced bagels and a tub of cream cheese. After waiting ~25 mins and seeing people who ordered after me get their order, I asked the cashier. She couldn’t find my order, shrugged and said it would be ready soon. After another 10 mins, one of the bakery staff asked me what I was waiting for. I gave her my order. A few minutes later a different bakery staff asked my order. I repeated and then finally got the bagels. Had to ask for the cream cheese again as it was not in the bag. It was such a waste of time and bad vibes all around. This was my first time at that location and I don’t plan to return.
