The service here is awful. I waited ten minutes in line to hear them explain to the person ahead of me that they were out of chocolate soft serve. I immediately laughed.. I never would’ve stood in that line if I knew that they didn’t have exactly what I wanted.. why it’s taking them so long to help people when it’s not even busy I have no idea

This place officially has all of my business for ice cream. I tried the black raspberry Oreo (which is AMAZING) and decided to not ask my wife before putting it on the top of our sundae. Decided to go get her one of her own scoops. They insisted it was on the house and it was their pleasure.
Highly recommend for great flavors and great people!

Sorry to say both our sundaes were terrible. End of the can whipped cream was flat, nuts tasted old and hot fudge tasted too sweet and gritty. Couldn't tell what the ice-cream tasted like under that mess Won't be going back

Pints for $8 each and they weren’t even filled properly or to the top whatsoever. The Cookie Monster has SO much blue food dye in it that it stains your teeth. Kind of a big let down overall.

Stopped by this local ice cream shop and had an awesome experience! The place is super clean, which is always a big plus, and the service was top-notch from the moment I walked in. Big shoutout to Sydni—she was incredibly friendly, patient, and really made the whole visit feel welcoming. You can tell she genuinely enjoys helping people. Definitely coming back for more sweet treats!

Scoops is our favorite place to be on a warm summer night! This place not an only has the best ice cream in town, the staff is great with kids, friendly and welcoming. Can’t beat all the amazing flavors to choose from!!!
