For a new chain restaurant it’s already falling apart.
They take the longest to take your order!! And the longest to give you your order it’s the worst if they don’t have enough people to do different things like someone to take orders and others to make the food then yall should hire more people this is not it
Would leave 0 stars is possible. Ordered at the drive-in over an hour ago and now theyre ignoring us and refusing to give us a refund or answer their drive thru or phone.
Edit to add: they FINALLY answered us and claim theyre making it now. But they already said that twice, so the bad review stands. Will never be returning to this location.

Terrible location everytime I come here 99% of the workers are rude, rush you to order your food as if they don’t even want to work, I’ve came here a couple times thinking maybe they were just having an off day the other times I’ve came but nope everytime they have terrible employees terrible customer service sometimes they close down the stalls completely 2 hours before they close and will ignore everyone at the stalls until they drive off, they’re food taste okay compared to other locations and 99% of the time they won’t let you order any ice cream so they don’t have to make the shakes for customers, also most of the stalls if not all don’t accept cards anymore because they are broken unfortunately this is the last time I come to this location Smithfield is so much better and they’re also opening one in Cranston thank god hopefully they figure out these issues with the new location unacceptable service I’ve also called hr about service here sad to say cuz I love Sonic but this location I would give a 2/10 only cuz the food is okay…
Rude staff when ordering, like VERY rude. Food- meh. Portions on sides were like staff is paying for them. Could not go inside. Only redeemer was the carjoo was SUPER nice and helpful, and quick to fix the order mistake.
Went here a while ago. Waited in line at the drive thru speaker for 30 minutes without any sort of acknowledgement. Haven't returned in months. Tonight and family and I decided on some late night sweets, put a mobile order in. Got to the restaurant and pulled into the stall ..... Waited over 45 MINUTES, the server came out and brought food to someone who pulled in 20 minutes after I pulled up. Got out of the car and asked where my order was. Almost 10 minutes later my 3 milkshakes came out. All I gotta say is won't ever come back again. And I'll make sure to tell everyone to stay clear unless they like it waiting INSANE amounts of time
Waited 30 minutes in the stall after placing a mobile order. Employee named Debby was very rude and did not understand why the drink was wrong. Had an attitude when we explained it to her.
Ended up leaving before getting the correct drink because we were worried they would spit it in.
Disgusting. The shakes are not the same as they used to be, if I wanted a poorly made shake that taste like syrup, I would have just ordered a McDonald's one. The quality has dropped significantly. Wait time is also ridiculous. Don't waste your time or your money.

Took the family here March 17th because we felt like getting some ice cream. Line was wrapped around the entire store and vehicles were moving one at a time about every 10 minutes. First we were told that ice cream was unavailable at the moment so we decided to get slushees. We were then told slushies were unavailable. We left without ordering. At this point yall just need to close this location
The last two times I've tried going here the employees haven't taken my order. Never seen this with any other fast food restaurant. It seems like they don't want to take drive-thru orders at certain times and it's not worth visiting if I might not even get to make an order. I wanted to try the new smasher burger but it'll have to wait. I've seen multiple people trying to go through the drive-thru only to leave because no one takes their orders. Why run a business like that? It was 5PM both times this happened.
Service is generally slow when they have taken my order in the past, but I personally didn't mind it. Not taking orders though is as bad as it gets.
The only explanation I can think of is that the location is severely understaffed so they ignore the drive-thru when they don't have enough workers. Perhaps the owner needs to raise wages to acquire more and better staff because if a significant portion of your customers are leaving after trying to make an order, then your business isn't operating well. It makes someone like me who would normally come here about 1/month decide to go elsewhere because it might be a waste of my time.
Online order had to wait in a long line at drive - inside restaurant closed for dining or online pickups.
Waited 30 minutes for 2 drinks.
I’d give zero stars food was disgusting cold and burnt order was wrong drink was pure water when it was supposed to be a slushy never eating here again.
