Their food and treats are always good but the wait is so long! I’m begging please hire more people this location is severely understaffed. There should never be a wait so long for two items it doesn’t make any sense at all!

Arrived and placed order. Waited for 10 minutes and pushed button to ask what the delay was? Saw other cars go through drive through and get served. Left after that. Don't know if they are short staffed. Would have liked to get warning if so.

Dine-in is closed so I placed an order for a Limeade Slush through the app and went through the drive-thru to get it. Fast service, extremely friendly and polite but most importantly, my drink was made correctly THE FIRST TIME! (See my Sonic Warwick post if you want to know why this is so important to me at least) I had to drive 20 minutes out of my way from Bald Hill Rd in Warwick (Sonic) to Smithfield but worth it. No frustration or stress here in Smithfield like there is...
