I came in today to get my dog a Pup Cup and a Cake Pop, the guy said through the intercom that she was a very lucky dog and I told them it was her last day. When I came to the window the girl told me the cake pop was on her. I just want to say that today was a terrible day but your kindness made it a little bit better. Thank you for the compassion! My dog loved every lick and bite!

Personable employees especially 1st thing in the a.m. Always make you feel welcome.

I ordered a carmel frapacino with extra carmel. The first girl made it was like water all milk tasteless and had it sitting fir 20 minutes before she put the whip cream on it. When I tasted it was tasteless so another girl made it over and put some cruncy in when I asked her what that cruncy stuff was she said you ordered carmel drizzle. I said yes drizzle not cruncy. Never ever had that put in my frapacio she said I can make it again rude . I just left.they are rude snd so incompetent won't be back and will tell all my friends and famiky not to go here.i couldn't even drink it the cruncy stuff was stuck in the straw I had to thow it out.

Walked in this am. There were 6 people working. I wasn’t greeted. I stood there for about 5 minutes. No one said a word, no one took my order. I was the only person in there wanting an order. 2 people were eating, 3 cars were in the drive through. Customer service is key. There was none

David was fantastic! I asked him for a recommendation for a lower calorie, lower sugar latte, and he was so helpful and kind. He took the time to suggest something that ended up being exactly what I was looking for, and he even wrote down the exact drink he made so I could order it again in the future. Positive energy isn’t something you see every day, and it really made my morning!

Service workers were friendly and they were quick! (Very busy when we visited!)

Very inconsistent making the drinks they push for tips but make you wait 10 minutes or more to get something made wrong

The past two Saturdays I've gone here it's taken over 40 minutes to receive my coffee. The crew is also rude about it. While waiting I watched a gentleman come in to have his coffees fixed and the girl behind the counter had a terrible attitude and told the man that it wasn't her fault. I was flabbergasted. Imagine trying to be to work on time but having to wait 40 minutes for a coffee that you paid almost $10 for and also receive an attitude. Turn off mobile ordering if your team is overwhelmed. This is a management issue more than anything.

Starbucks has always been my go to, but lately this location specifically is not it, the staff is beyond friendly I’ll give them that, but there service and work ethic are HORRIBLE, have you have ordered a coffee and had to wait over 15 min from the time it was ordered to get it???, while there is only 3 people in the entire restaurant? Or how about have staff just talking about their personal life’s instead of making the coffees that multiple people are waiting for.. do better Starbucks. Hold your employees accountable!!!! While waiting I heard 2 people stating they waited over 15 mins and they were late for appointments. I understand if they were busy, but you weren’t & one employee basically was just talking about how she didn’t want to work!! I

The servers here are not particularly friendly and there’s no consistency with orders. If you try to order a cold brew with extra sweet cream or cold foam, 8/10 times they just make you an iced coffee. If you’re in the area looking for a coffee, you’re better off going to the one inside target or Barnes and noble, they’re right down the road and they’ll make it well.

One of my fav Starbucks, I have a preference for friendly staff and they are friendly and provide quick service. I order ahead and always ready. Store always looks neat and in order, I usually do in store pick up.

Sucks every single time without fail bye

Very rude oversized lady with purple hair complained about a ups store worker to me about using their public bathrooms, and how they don’t have enough toilet paper because the ups store doesn’t have an operational bathroom at the moment , she was too lazy and too tired to get up and do inventory. it’s a public bathroom i don’t understand why we as people can’t use a “public bathroom” because we have to use the toilet paper, ups store worker or not. i will no longer be going to this starbucks.. then she had the nerve to talk about the ups store workers while the nice young lady who works for the ups store was using the bathroom. i had no clue that using a public restroom was a crime. i was there just as a customer trying to use the bathroom as well . i thought about not buying anything from the store but however i already placed an online order . will never being going to the 400 putnam pike location ever again !!
