I’ve just about had it with Starbucks and their shadiness with our drinks. Beginning to wonder if it’s ALL locations. This is the 2nd time in one month (two different states) that I’ve ordered online, received my drink, and it was only half full of coffee and half full of foam/whip.
It’s almost as if Starbucks employees think we are stupid?!? As soon as they handed it to me I could instantly feel that the Venti was too light - how do THEY not know that when they literally hold these cups every single day?
I gave it 30 seconds for that hot coffee to melt that whipped cream and then opened the top and went back to the register. I opened it for her and asked her why my venti was only half full of drink? She wasn’t even surprised so my guess is that it’s not unusual and they know exactly what they are doing.
I assure you that Starbucks makes MORE THAN ENOUGH money that they don’t have to cheat/steal from their consumer base. If I’m paying $7 for a cup of anything that has about $0.20 worth of ingredients in it, the VERY LEAST they can do is give me my full order.
Shame, shame.
I also found it weird that not one single person working this morning would make eye contact with me. No smiles. No sense of happiness. I’ve always found at least one person to be pleasant in all the locations I’ve ventured into - very odd! I’m around town for another couple days and I think I’ll just find me a small, independent shop to try. Today’s entire experience was an absolute FAIL in my books.

On Sunday July 6 I went in to pick up the food and drinks that was ordered through my mother’s app when Hannah was extremely rude to me and extremely hesitant to give me the food that was ordered. She gave me an extreme attitude when I told her that it was our food that we ordered before just eventually giving it to me.

Normally love starbucks, however today I ended up with someone’s pin (I believe) in my chai. Glad I didn’t drink it and joke on it.
I was having a really horrible morning I could barely order in the drive thru through my tears and the two girls and guy working the drive thru were so kind to me and paid for my drink. They all deserve a raise and for their pillows to always be cold

I came in today to get my dog a Pup Cup and a Cake Pop, the guy said through the intercom that she was a very lucky dog and I told them it was her last day. When I came to the window the girl told me the cake pop was on her. I just want to say that today was a terrible day but your kindness made it a little bit better. Thank you for the compassion! My dog loved every lick and bite!

I ordered a carmel frapacino with extra carmel. The first girl made it was like water all milk tasteless and had it sitting fir 20 minutes before she put the whip cream on it. When I tasted it was tasteless so another girl made it over and put some cruncy in when I asked her what that cruncy stuff was she said you ordered carmel drizzle. I said yes drizzle not cruncy. Never ever had that put in my frapacio she said I can make it again rude . I just left.they are rude snd so incompetent won't be back and will tell all my friends and famiky not to go here.i couldn't even drink it the cruncy stuff was stuck in the straw I had to thow it out.
Walked in this am. There were 6 people working. I wasn’t greeted. I stood there for about 5 minutes. No one said a word, no one took my order. I was the only person in there wanting an order. 2 people were eating, 3 cars were in the drive through. Customer service is key. There was none
David was fantastic! I asked him for a recommendation for a lower calorie, lower sugar latte, and he was so helpful and kind. He took the time to suggest something that ended up being exactly what I was looking for, and he even wrote down the exact drink he made so I could order it again in the future. Positive energy isn’t something you see every day, and it really made my morning!
Service workers were friendly and they were quick! (Very busy when we visited!)
Very inconsistent making the drinks they push for tips but make you wait 10 minutes or more to get something made wrong
