Awful customer service was overcharged over $15. Manager said they were not able to give a receipt because the order had already been completed. Staff was rude corporate will be getting a call.

Zombies behind the counter, giving a simple drink order was a big effort for them. Putting drinks at the end of the counter without calling out what they are or anything.

I went to this Starbucks today. First the girl made my frapacino like water. Then another girl put some crunchies in it i couldnt even sip it. When I told her she was rude and said I asked for carmel. Yes carmel drizzle not dome horrible cruncy stuff. I never heard of putting crunches in a carmel frapacino. They are so rude and incompetent.

Workers shut down the blender for the Frappuccinos 40 minutes before close. Workers made us wait for 5 minutes before even attending us while talking about ghosts & spirits behind the counter. Very disappointing.
