The Orchard Grille

This place was so crowded there was barely any parking and there was also a long line at the door- that's always a green flag. The food here is 10/10 and the staff is very polite and attentive.

I want to start this off by saying; I am so beyond heart broken to have to leave this comment. I’ve tried to get in touch with you guys last week. My 92 year old grandfather who loved this place, passed away over the weekend. I tried reaching out on Monday to Speak with a manager. We were hoping to have an event here, after the burial service as a celebration of his life. I know these things aren’t just a regular reservation to be made. This is why I wanted to speak directly with management. Initially I called at Monday noontime and they said they were busy and told me to call back. I tried two more times that evening and each time I was told to call back. I tried again the next day, asked to speak with a manager, and this time they hung up on me. To the employees in charge of answering the phone, shame on you. Seriously. We were basically forced to take our business elsewhere, end of story.

My first time at The Orchard Grille and I was amazed. The quality of everything we had was outstanding. Fried clams were perfectly prepared as was everything. Big portions of tasty, well done meals. Definitely a great value. Desserts were second to none. Friendly and attentive service made for a great dining experience. You certainly won't leave hungry or wanting more. Best I've had in a long time.

This place is awesome. I mean the menu has some great stuff on it. Turkey Dinners, Ham dinners. So much good stuff. The owners are great people. Always greet you with a smile. I highly recommend this place. I drive an hr to go eat there.

Last two times I went they got my order wrong. They gave me bacon which I did not order. It was burnt to a crisp and salty has hell. I know the second time it wasn't my server because I heard her put in the order. The first time it was the server. She seemed confused. I think it's time to find another place.

Our group of 14 went there the other day, service was superior, food was as usual excellent. All the food was served piping hot even with such a large group. Highly recommended if your looking for a great place to eat.
