Stopped by Thirsty Beaver today on my home from a month trip in Italy. Not my first time here but today, I really enjoyed my short stay. I had a couple of beers and some wings but what made today a bit pleasant was the service I received from Jacob. Couldn’t ask for a better bartender. Although he was a bit busy, the service he provided was absolutely fantastic. Thanks Jacob.

The one on Smithfield horrible bartender, there for about 10 or 15 minutes, with the place very slow and no one comes and ask me if I want anything, that's not good, the ine on cranston has better service.

We had a group of 10 of us all 21+ they refused our IDs so we gave them our student cards with our graduation date (aka this year) on it they then asked to see our instagram posts to prove we are 21.WHO DOES THAT. The most RIDICULOUS situation we have all been through. This used to be a fun senior bar. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Why does this establishment have a jukebox available for patrons to use if they are going to skip songs I paid my hard earned money to listen to. I wasn't playing any offensive or obnoxious music in any sense. 3 songs in a row wasting my money (they skipped 5 songs in total). If you don't want music playing other than your trashy country music, turn the whole thing off and play your boring sports commentary from the tv instead.

The food was good, but that doesn't make up for lousy behavior by the other 2 staff members on the floor. Shame, I used to like this place. Never had issues playing my music on their jukebox before. Never seen those 2 employees before so they may be newer staff. This occurred during the lunch hour (after noon).

If you like country music and the lack of freedom to avoid that, this may be the place for you ?

On a recent visit, I had all kinds of things happen. I soon as I was out of the car, I was greeted by the thunderous noise of several Harleys with reving engines. A bit too much, I thought, and it might be a hangout for bikers, and that's great. Just don't touch the throttle.
The inside confused me. It looked like a log cabin, but the hanging log lights was a bit much. High log tables some long, and smaller ones dotted the room. I don't know if I liked it or not, I am still on the fence.
The service was slow, but only because there was only one server for the whole store. Ince the next shift showed up, it improved.
Beer selection was okay. I think they need more. The food was good. Burgers, salads, wings, and tots. Will I ho back.

I'm visiting from Missouri and this is one of my favorite places my sister and I have tried. The food is amazing. The portions are huge and so filling. The decor is fabulous and the service was top notch. Super glad we stopped by!
