Great place! Cozy atmosphere, but lively. Lots of TVs to watch different sporting events. Could definitely hear everyone at the table, so it was not too loud. Asked my college and high school sons if it is a place we would return to and there was a resounding yes!

Fish was very overcooked and broccolini was ice cold. Should have sent it back but we had waited a long time for our food. Busy Sat night so we understood the wait , just wish the food was decent. Server was great. We were in the front room which is all glass and it was cold. I never took my coat off.

Burger and Salmon were very good. Table was hi top and nice. Went on a Wednesday with a reservation. Music came on stage at 7pm but we were leaving but it was nice (little hard to hear). Server was very attentive.

I went to The Trap North tonight with my family. We were sat in a corner booth and waited there for about 15 minutes. During that time, a waitress came and visited the table directly next to us 3 separate times. I went up to the hostess and told her no one has even come to take our drink order. She said “okay I’ll take care of it”. After that, we saw a totally different waitress check on the table across from us. A few minutes later, my family and I stood up and left. I told the same hostess that we were leaving because we still had not been checked on. All the hostess said back was “oh”. No sorry, nothing. FYI there was plenty of staff standing around, so you can’t even blame it on being short staffed. Now I have two hungry kids crying in the backseat. Don’t waste your time here. We won’t be coming back which is unfortunate because I actually do like your food if I can actually get someone to take my order.

Service was rushed, didn't give us a moment to ask about dessert before they said ok here's the check. Party members ordered beers that were out on draft, then brought only one of the substitute beers in the size ordered.

6 people, 2 os whom were children. We ordered and asked that the appetizer and kids meal come out first. 4 adult dinners came out and no appetizers or kids meals to be found!! When we asked our server to check on them, she found that they had been sitting in the kitchen and the food runners failed to bring them out! She proceeded to bring them out to us and they were stone cold. One of the kids meals, a grilled cheese, was so cold they couldn’t even bite into the bread!! Nachos couldn’t even been pulled apart! When the waitress advises the manager that she was taking the two kids meals and appetizers off the bill, she got yelled at! Hamburgers that were requested to be cooked well done were red! 6 people that ate sandwiches and 4 drinks was $175 AFTER taking the kids meals off!!!

Been here before and everything has been great. Tonight, completely ignored by our waitress, Alex(we got her name from the bill because she never introduced herself to begin with) We sat for 20 mins before she took our order. Our appetizers came out, we had no set ups including plates, we waited another 10 mins before asking another waitress for some plates. Who happily helped. We had our appetizers for less than 3 mins when she brought our dinners! We hadn’t even started our appetizers. We watched all the other tables being handled professionally. The fastest service we got was her running my credit card. Sad. As it stands, we have been sitting at our table for 20 mins, dine eating with half eaten food because everything cold now and our waitress has ignored us the whole time.

Might want to adjust the price on menu for captains daughter. Ordered 23 0z and was given a 16 0z and told get less beer due to alcohol content. Ridiculous because menu states differently. Then I order a 16 0z and get a 12 ounce but then still charge me price on menus for 23 0z. So 23 0z is 10 and 16 0z is 8. I paid 10 for a 16 0z and then charged 10 again when I only got 12 0z. Not sure how that works out but best for the trap.

Our staple and go to spot for Friday night dinner when visiting our son at Bryant. The food and service are consistent and the prices very reasonable and fair. Feels like a second home away from home.

The restaurant was really nice, the food was very good, service was good, and the band was GREAT! Car Tune Heroes!!! I'd definitely go back and would also recommend.

The apps were great as well as the servers. Made the mistake of getting the wing tower. Got the boneless tenders and they give you 6 lbs of reheated chicken: I understand it’s not easy to cook that amount to order but when the outside of the chicken is like jerky and they’re sitting in puddles of fryer oil you should reconsider the way they’re prepared.
Thought we would have a couple pounds to take home but can’t using reheating them a third time.
Otherwise im excited to go back and try the rest of their menu

Atmosphere and waitress were great. My Jalepeno scalloped potatoes were served cold and were not returned heated until after I was done with my meal, so they boxed them for me to take. I do not eat food like that at home. I was surprised that the potatoes-or a drink-weren’t removed from our bill. The manager came and apologized, but with no compensation. We love Trap North and have been many times, but were disappointed tonight.
