In the past six weeks, I have been to The Trap North 3X. My first visit was for lunch and I would rate the the food and service experience as four stars. Unfortunately, the next two visits including a stop in over the weekend for a drink, included below standard service. Our second visit was for a brunch and the wait we had was incredible. While we waited for a table, we sat at the bar. Gianna made the best sangria I’ve ever had. Very friendly and fast service.
Our server was Alexa, who talked me into trying a few different appetizers when all I wanted was a basket of French fries (all were fantastic). She had a fantastic sense of humor and she was extremely attentive. We’ll definitely be back!

The atmosphere was great. Service was fine. Food was mediocre. The Green goddess chicken sandwich had a very tiny piece of chicken and overall was very dry flavorless. The marinated steak salad was okay. The steak flavor was very good but the the steak was overcooked and really chewy. It was our first time there so maybe it was just bad luck. The Cubano sandwich was good.
