Attended an afternoon wedding in August. The outdoor grounds are nicely kept. Inside, the wedding ceremony area was large, but very dark. The reception area was good size, but dark as the window shades were kept closed. When asked why, the employee said the windows view the parking lots. I found the rugs throughout the facility in need of a good steam cleaning. The bathroom was clean, but had broken locks on stall doors. The bar area was not in the main room, but accessible from the dining area. The main problem was their lack of enough staff. The food took a long, long time to come out. There were only two employees passing out each course; one on each side. The guests were weary of sitting for so long.
Nice venue and good service.
Went to the outdoor patio area today for an event. The steak and lobster were very nice. The chowder was red, and the clam cakes were not bad. I also enjoyed the separate bathrooms a short walk from the tent. Even with a drizzle we were comfortable.
Amazing facility! The grounds are amazing for any outdoor events! The chicken escarole soup is great!
Food was fine for a large party outdoors and they had what looked like a few weddings going on. Nice size property and clean bathrooms so can't complain.
Good place for a special event
The chef there think kids name was jesse amazing kind an great food an service wedding party was amazing on the lawn
Mother's Day brunch was great variety but the food was less than tasty.
Service was excellent.
Friendly and efficient staff, and good food!
Lovely Lovely place, the entry way is nice & large. Our guest had that setup with a backdrop for photo shoots. The dining area was just the right size & dance floor perfect with a large wall mirror that helped. Bathrooms were largex& clean. Overall you will be very satisfied with this venue.
My husband and myself planned our wedding for may 25th if 2024 we worked closely with Alicia and she was amazing four days before my wedding I received a call saying Alicia was no longer with them and I would be working with another woman there. My rehearsal she kept disappearing.. and the day of my wedding it was so unorganized and every where. The ac wasn’t working and every time someone went looking for my coordinator she was in the other room on her phone where is was cooler. I had reached out to have a meeting with the owner and was shot down saying they wouldn’t do that or even have a sit down with our coordinator. I had asked the coordinator for plain pasta for my step daughter as well as one of my nephews because they don’t like sauce and received complete attitude I wasn’t going to write a review and just leave it as it was but I felt like after our wedding our concerns were ignored and I also felt like to be told 4 days before our rehearsal which was scheduled 4 days before our wedding. Because I feel like we were forgotten about. My brother had had his wedding there on 7/7/07 and had no issues. We had our ceremony outside the grass wasn’t even cut for it and there was a dead bunny in our walking path. If I had known of the issues we would of had during this time I wouldn’t of gone here for our venue..

Service was very attentive the hostess directed you to your event .The atmosphere was very inviting
Great food and helpful staff
I recently got married at twelve acres, I found it to be a reasonably priced venue and the grounds itself are beautiful, inside is a bit outdated. I initially met with Alicia who since left. During that time frame I had asked about a decorator and was referred to a woman by the name of Chanel. Communication in the early months were great with Chanel. Months and weeks leading up to my wedding were not. I felt like I was being "ghosted" by her. Trying to find out what my centerpieces were going to look like was like "pulling teeth." I was told and paid for a backdrop only to show up and not have a backdrop. I also found out that Chanel took my centerpieces back after paying top dollar for them. I had also asked for a wooden arch outside only to show up and have a white metal outdated one. Communication lacked throughout the whole process. I wish I had done more extensive research. If I had to do it over again I would have gone elsewhere.
Had my wedding here a week ago and this place was just amazing. We were very stressed but bumni was there every step of the way answering all our questions helping with decor and flowers and even getting the bride ready and hidden until it was time. The staff were all great and respectful making our big day perfect.
