I paid $44.87 for the steak and shrimp parmigiana delivered.
It was the worst takeout I have ever had.
I ordered the steak rare, but when I got it was way over cooked very well done, dry and too tough to cut or even chew. The shrimp on top were tiny the size of canned sandwich shrimp. I ordered and paid for extra shrimp on the steak. In total even though I paid for extra shrimp there were only 5 tiny shrimp. The mash potatoes are definitely dehydrated out of a box.
What a disgusting dinner.
It was so bad I took 2 bites and had to throw it in the garbage.

So many staff and yet, no one seems to know how to work in a restaurant. I'm sorry. I hate to say it but, as a long-time restaurant worker, I'm just saying what I observed. There were so many people working but, very little was getting done. This place needs a serious cleaning and managerial overhaul. Our experience, and as observed, experiences of others was as follows: odd timing (adjacent table- server brought out 2 drinks and not the 3rd person's drink- it was water and failed to bring coffee cream, sugar for said table, staggered food items, drinks) forgotten orders, dirty areas, and guests seeking out items that the server, hosts, and managers all blew off - the dude literally went to another party's table to ask them for napkins.) If I could go back in time, I would tell myself how bad my experience and meal (It sucked- like super bad- we ate bc we hadn't all day but, if I had even one cracker in my bag, I would've sent it all back and left.) was going to be and to never set foot in this absolute disaster of an Applebee's. The franchisee should be embarrassed. Clean it up; train your staff. Pic you see- at least 9 staff, including THREE MANAGERS walked by that and/or other trash on the middle of the floor during our visit. Nasty.

Chrispy chicken sandwich on 2/4/25 was inedible. I do not recommend that ever ! I mean idk who can’t just order a decent chicken patty. Disgusting and an insult to the consumer. I got curbside to go. Didn’t have time to go in and let them know, so that day I have 5 onion rings for lunch. The server who brought food out was pleasant but forgot the soda I was supposed to get. I didn’t even want the soda cause I don’t drink it but brought to my son.
