I took my 10 year old grandson out for a bit to eat today at this establishment Burger King. And I was so so upset and dumbfounded I could not even believe this was happening, but all I was hearing was the F bomb dropped every two minutes. I guess there was an argument at the take out window an upset customer. Then the poor girl that was there came over to help me Take my order and she was told by the manager that to don’t take any walking orders they were to busy at the window so she apologized and turned around and left. I was Very upset, but my grandson wanted that to eat so he tried to put it into the computer and after we were there for a good 5 to 7 minutes, placing our order two other people walked in and the manager come out and said you people can put your order in, but I have no idea when you’re gonna get it. It’s gonna be a while and I said what is a while a while so I then turned to my grandson and I said let’s go we’re we know we’re gonna get a meal two people we’re trying to run that place today. They should have just shut the doors and went home. Never have I seen anything like that in my entire life things are that bad. You better shut it down. I’ve been a
resident of this community for 47 years. I’ve never seen anything like that in my life and I don’t think my grandson should’ve had to hear that type of language. He looked at me and put his hand over his mouth and I didn’t know what to say But I know I wasn’t the only one that Heard it so that place needs to apologize To a few of us, I hope this is seen and read buy the right personnel. There’s two other things that I wanna add that poor girl when she went to take my order, I could see her bottom lip like she was so upset from being yelled at and the other thing has Is that manager there was behind the counter and when I questioned him on how long my order was gonna be what he called a bit for a little bit he’s back there sweating off his head after I seen that. I wouldn’t eat french fry on that place. I mean, I realize he was probably doing his best to keep the place going, but nobody wants to see that especially waiting to eat. Somebody’s perspiration dripping out everywhere. That’s gross.

It's first place to get my order done, right... i hate the fact that this location is so far away from me, and I wish the spots I frequent did just as good as a job.

They forgot part of my order, drove 20 mins back to get it. Manager told me I drove away too soon, despite being told I was “all set” by the lady who originally gave my order. When I came back for my food, manager and worker were giving me attitude . I’d go somewhere else

Great experience! I know you might think it’s required with the job but i don’t believe that! Thank you Keyshon for being kind and going the extra mile when you didn’t have to with genuine kindness. You said to treat people the way you want to be treated and really lived by that. (sorry if i spelt that wrong i glanced for a sec at the name tag) someone give this man a raise or higher position

The advertisement "your way" needs to come down in this particular establishment. I was with somebody with special needs who needed to use the facility. I then decided to order food inside the establishment. At this time instead of having a helpful employee come over to assist my special needs friend with ordering a short tempered remorseful employee came to assist who grew impatient because she had to place a physical order at her register instead of utilizing their greasy self ordering screen locared next to the register. I finally said something that needed to be said. I asked this individual "Isn't your job to assist customers to order food"? Just because you have a computerized kiosk to order your own food doesn't mean everyone knows how to use one and this is why this company had hired you to work the front register. Not to make people feel ridiculed for not knowing how to utilize technology. I also reminded her that she chose to work at Burger King by signing an application for this line of work no one forced her to do so. Her face turned red and she apologized to my client.
Wakefield Burger King is by far the worst establishment in the state of Rhode Island. It's "their way" not "your way".
