The advertisement "your way" needs to come down in this particular establishment. I was with somebody with special needs who needed to use the facility. I then decided to order food inside the establishment. At this time instead of having a helpful employee come over to assist my special needs friend with ordering a short tempered remorseful employee came to assist who grew impatient because she had to place a physical order at her register instead of utilizing their greasy self ordering screen locared next to the register. I finally said something that needed to be said. I asked this individual "Isn't your job to assist customers to order food"? Just because you have a computerized kiosk to order your own food doesn't mean everyone knows how to use one and this is why this company had hired you to work the front register. Not to make people feel ridiculed for not knowing how to utilize technology. I also reminded her that she chose to work at Burger King by signing an application for this line of work no one forced her to do so. Her face turned red and she apologized to my client. Wakefield Burger King is by far the worst establishment in the state of Rhode Island. It's "their way" not "your way".

Wow. Be prepared for miserable, hostile employees who act like you’re a criminal for ordering their food. Also you’re expected to use their stupid self order kiosk and if you’re elderly or not wanting to use technology, then good luck. They’ll just yell at you to follow the instructions. Over charged Me for a chicken sandwich that was 6.89. They charged me 11.89. I brought it up before the transaction was completed. I had to ask for my receipt, I verified I was correct and I was overcharged 5$. The manager on site told me he would not refund my money and then gave me a card with a number that goes to a different company. He also confirmed I was correct and would still not refund me the 5 $
