The portions are HORRENDOUS. One day it’s normal, the next it’s the portion size for a small cat, the employees are usually very nice however one of the managers is a disgrace, worst personality I’ve ever met. Never in my life.

This location is awful! Truly - my order is either wrong or missing something - Every.Single.Time. Tonight the container was soft and mushy and broke and all the food fell out. There was sour cream smeared all over the outside of the container, the quesadilla wasn't cut in half (no big deal, but it shows the person was in a rush, mind you it was 9PM) and the salsa was clearly old and sour. Such a disappointment - get it together!

The food is good but the tables were all dirty. There were 7 employees, barely any customers, and the place was visibly dirty. Employees weee nice but a cleaning routine needs to be put in place for the dining room.

This was my first time going to this Chipotle and it was genuinely a stressful experience, so I don’t think I’ll be returning.

First off, the employee making my and my friend’s orders was extremely rushed, even though there wasn’t a crazy amount of people in line. He barely gave me time to get a word in, and I didn’t even have time to process his questions. He sounded annoyed when I was confused, and seemed inconvenienced. On top of that, he almost accidentally added the wrong things to my bowl multiple times because he didn’t wait for me to finish my sentences.

After finishing our orders, we literally had to sit down and stare at each other because it was so unbelievable. The other people in the line finished ordering extremely quickly as well and when they went to get their drinks, we could hear them saying the same stuff that we were.

Overall not the customer service I expected or hoped for, considering most other Chipotles I’ve been to have had fine customer service.

One of the worst customer experiences I’ve had at a restaurant. While a young lady was preparing my burrito, the man working the register starting saying the total cost of my order. I was not even close to the register at that time. I said hang on I’m still working on this burrito (picking my toppings), he then said the total of my order again. I told him I’m not ready to pay yet, my food is not done being made. He blamed it on corporate and said there’s rules that customers need to be checked out in under 20 seconds. I was the only person in line, I should not have been rushed. I’ll never return to this location.

Excellent choice if u like your Mexican food made by white teens. Still, I'd go had there not been an authentic Mexican restaurant (Baja's) half a mile away that serves the same things, plus a few more, cooked by Mexicans, which tastes much better and costs about the same...

Service is horrible, employee/manager was extremely rude. Do not visit this chipotle, cannot handle customer service whatsoever. Mixed up every single order, told us there was no chicken, no rice, and no queso.Therefore, you cannot order a bowl or burrito. You also could not pay with a card, only cash. Was told this Chipotle does not allow points or coupons from the app.
