I normally don't leave negative reviews but I asked for a couple caramel macchiatos, my man on the microphone asked me how much a couple was, and then I got one iced coffee (??) and one 'macchiato' which is like 90% milk

I came to this dunkin because I wanted to try the drink the kid was making in his TikTok videos and it was amazing. Excellent service by night staff and the videos were amazing advertisement. Will be coming regularly.

Management there is absolutely horrible. They belittle staff, treat customers poorly. Just a bad toxic environment.

I was getting a donut for my granddaughter. The server threw a half covered chocolate frosted in a bag with no paper. The frosting was on half donut, sprinkles even less.

Not sure what it is with this location but most of the time they don’t get your order right. I typically go early in the AM on my way to work. The staff can be very chatty so maybe that why? Also, I recently went to this location and went through drive thru and I watched this young lady on sandwich station prep my food then when she had a minute she picked up her phone wearing the same gloves then placed her phone down and then picked up a stack of EGGS still wearing the same gloves she was wearing to pick up her phone. I think I’ll be avoiding this location for now on.

Time and time again this place will get your order wrong or you'll have to wait a while until they get it right. Especially mobile orders later on during the day, say after 3:00. I don't want to say it but I think they're filled with a bunch of delinquents. Sorry I said it there you have it
I wish I would of seen all the bad reviews before I came to this dump. Ordered a iced matcha latte with almond milk. It was all almond milk and no matcha. When I looked at the bottom of the cup there were what looked like black beads floating. No it wasn't coffee grounds. I suggest you keep driving and take the Narragansett exit. That Dunkin was so much better.
