Whenever I order plain bagel minis they give me everything. Luckily I’m not allergic to anything once I understand but three times is ridiculous especially since I need to get to class so don’t realize until I’ve already left. The manager is so rude screaming at the employees and even criticizing orders people choose to get. I got a lemonade with liquid sugar and blue raspberry since it’s too bitter and she said many times it’s too much sugar. I don’t pay for commentary just a drink.

The workers are nice and food is good, but the manager is so rude to customers and berates her employees constantly. I have witnessed her on many occasions yelling at staff with many customers in the store. I feel awful for those who work there. She also speaks very rudely to customers and should not be leading anyone.

I've visited this location four times, and on three occasions, I've witnessed a manager berating staff members in front of customers. It appears that most employees are students, and while I understand that high traffic and low staffing can create stress, there's no excuse for such condescending behavior.

The lack of effective leadership and teamwork is evident, and it negatively impacts both service quality and employee morale. Having served in the military for seven years, I've experienced both good and bad leadership, which informs my perspective on this issue.

I hope that management will take these observations seriously, as improving the work environment is crucial for enhancing both employee morale and overall service performance.

I like this Dunkin but damn are they slow. I don't know if that is because they have 10 people working one shift or what. There's no inate sense of urgency for those making food. They need to increase hours or something.

So i made an online order and i was missing bagel bites from my order. So i asked one girl and she just pointed to the girl making orders saying it would be out soon and walked away from me. 5 minutes go by and they’re on order 400 and i’m order 369 so i ask another girl and she said she would make it. 10 mins go by and i’m still waiting and so i asked another person to hurry them up and i finally got my bagels bites. Then i look at my mini pancakes and there is no syrup… get it together Dunkin

Line out the door always. Understaffed as hell and most of the employees have no idea what they’re doing. Waited in a 15 minute line today for them to tell me they’re not doing sandwiches because they’re understaffed??? Have heard nothing but bad things about this location

Ram’s Den is my favorite dining hall! I love the burgers and fries there! The people are really nice. The bookstore is addicting and you don’t have to wait long in line to get your mail from the mailroom. Plus, it’s a great place to study, especially at night time when you don’t feel like walking all the way to the library.
