I like this Dunkin but damn are they slow. I don't know if that is because they have 10 people working one shift or what. There's no inate sense of urgency for those making food. They need to increase hours or something.

So i made an online order and i was missing bagel bites from my order. So i asked one girl and she just pointed to the girl making orders saying it would be out soon and walked away from me. 5 minutes go by and they’re on order 400 and i’m order 369 so i ask another girl and she said she would make it. 10 mins go by and i’m still waiting and so i asked another person to hurry them up and i finally got my bagels bites. Then i look at my mini pancakes and there is no syrup… get it together Dunkin

Line out the door always. Understaffed as hell and most of the employees have no idea what they’re doing. Waited in a 15 minute line today for them to tell me they’re not doing sandwiches because they’re understaffed??? Have heard nothing but bad things about this location

Ram’s Den is my favorite dining hall! I love the burgers and fries there! The people are really nice. The bookstore is addicting and you don’t have to wait long in line to get your mail from the mailroom. Plus, it’s a great place to study, especially at night time when you don’t feel like walking all the way to the library.

Absolutely disgraceful service. This morning at 8am I went to the Dunkin Donuts located at 50 Lower College Road in South Kingston, Rhode Island. Not only were the staff goofing around, but they were very disrespectful and discourteous towards me. There was a misunderstanding on their part, someone had picked up my order (a medium hot coffee with extra cream and extra sugar) by mistake. But the snotty attitude of an employee by the name of Tiffany Jenkins and the staff that congregated around her led to me asking to speak to the manager. The manager was nice enough to refund my coffee, but seemed as if she had dealt with this exact situation before which leads me to believe that the likelihood of piss-poor service is far greater than 0%, and for that reason they have lost my repeat business.
