I ordered chicken alfredo ziti through DoorDash at 6:12pm and the ETA was before 7pm. I called at Twisted Pizza at 7:10pm because the DoorDash app had no update and it said to contact them for assistance. After providing my address to the person who answered the phone, I was told it was delivered. I assumed it had just been delivered and was annoyed but accepted that. I looked outside and found my food on my porch as seen in this picture. No bag, just on the concrete porch. It was lukewarm at best and I honestly have no idea how long it had been sitting there. My door (back porch) has no doorbell but no one knocked. I was in the living room which is next to the door so I would have heard if someone had. I can live with lukewarm food but to have it delivered/left this way leaves me speechless.

Amazing pizza in the past. Ordered pick-up from here in the past past and loved it. Just received our delivery pizza and it looked like it was carried over on it's side. Tried calling to get it resolved and the call went straight to a busy signal repeatedly.

I called my delivery order in at 12 noon for a 5pm delivery. It was for my daughter’s birthday, and the timetable was really important. The delivery didn’t show up until 5:35pm. So the kids were all super hungry and upset. I called the manager and asked for some sort of discount or coupon or something to make up for the issue. And he told me they wouldn’t do anything for us. Come on…. I wouldn’t recommend Twisted Pizza. ?

I am a local who has ordered food from Twisted frequently over the years, and it was by and large pretty good. Tonight's order was abysmal, we ordered two calzones that had the ingredients we ordered but were overpowered with a BBQ taste that we did not order. Sorry to say Twisted is yet another establishment we will no longer be frequenting in Wakefield.
