I've ordered pick-up a few times. It will give me an estimated time *usually* of 5-10 minutes. Incredibly unrealistic. Every. Time. Twice now I've put my order in 20 minutes before I know I'll be at the restaurant, just for my food and shake to not be done. There's maybe 2-4 customers at tables. I end up waiting another 5-10 minutes. If you are going to give an estimated time, make it realistic. But half an hour is ridiculous.
I always order the little bacon cheese burger. The bacon bits they put on this burger is disgraceful. Hard to chew and tiny little pieces. The only reason why I gave two stars for food was because of the fries.
