I grabbed what I thought was a 3 piece meal like I remembered- Well what I got was what looked like a Cornish Hen pieces! BOX had Beast , thigh and drumstick they were so tiny it looked like 2 small thighs and a wing! 12 Dollars for a dollars worth of food . That meal left me hungry. CORPORATE AMERICA HAS TO DO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS . UNACCEPTABLE.

KFC IN WAKEFIELD IS HORRIBLE!!!!! RIGHT ALONG WITH THE FOOD & SERVICE!!!!! Service was terrible!! Employees standing around, waiting in front for almost 5 minutes & the girl that helped us finished her text first! Got the 3 piece tender meal & the tenders were nuggets & the mashed potatoes were cold!! My husband’s sandwich was cold too!!! WISH I COULD INCLUDE PHOTO!! Never got good service there but decided to try since it’s been awhile! Believe me it will be awhile again! COLONEL SANDERS WOULD BE PISSED!

This location is in Wakefield, needs better management, sorry to say the food isn't always fresh but also notice Taco Bell is the same, maybe because it's not by itself it's definitely not the place i would recommend .. I also don't like the way you be treated when you walk into this location. The crew members are friendly, but for management needs help.

They just HAVE to give you pickles on your chicken littles ? Im always insanely polite to them (and all fast food workers) and I make sure everytime I repeat my order to say no pickles ..everytime they repeat it back they casually leave out the no pickles part...I always have to say it one last time and they repeat it begrudgingly, like Im asking for the world lol..I'd say 98%of the time there's still pickles on it?
