Please teach the staff proper ppe when wearing gloves taking orders and using same gloves to make the food. Everyone touched everything with gloves on! Literally turned my stomach and didn’t eat my food. There was trash all over the kitchen floor. Staff was unkempt.

Waiting for 32mins for 3 toco's is insane!! Not to mention the couple that was there 15mins before me she got her food then I did I left drove back by and the kid who was with the girl was still waiting and he only orded toco's. NEVER NEVER AGAIN

I generally reserve posting negative comments about restaurants however the experience was so bad..I hope that this helps to make the chain better or help customers to avoid it all together. This is the third time going here and each time is the same. The last visit was worse. Immediately walking in all employees were on their phones and did not acknowledge me or others. When they did the employee was rude and didn’t even bother to look up and make eye contact. I said “thank you” and her response was “yup”. From there she walked to her co worker to discuss her late night partying the night before. Awesome. Get the food which was basically thrown from afar as it landed on the counter with no “have a good day”. Again I said “thank you” as four of the employees were on their phones or talking to each other. No response. The floor was littered with food and garbage as I noticed walking out. What are your cleaning policies here? The food was wrong as usual. Wrong pieces of chicken and the ones we were given were burnt and dry. This order wasn’t for me but for someone who used to go here all of the time. A lifelong customer. She refused to eat it. It was actually disgusting to look at. I am not sure what has happened here. How is the place being managed? The personal and practical experience here was probably the worst I have ever had in any restaurant. Definitely the crew needs to be trained on basic customer service skills and if they can’t give it…then manage it! Do a pulse check on the quality of your food that you are handing out to people. Please do better!

I grabbed what I thought was a 3 piece meal like I remembered- Well what I got was what looked like a Cornish Hen pieces! BOX had Beast , thigh and drumstick they were so tiny it looked like 2 small thighs and a wing! 12 Dollars for a dollars worth of food . That meal left me hungry. CORPORATE AMERICA HAS TO DO MUCH BETTER THAN THIS . UNACCEPTABLE.

KFC IN WAKEFIELD IS HORRIBLE!!!!! RIGHT ALONG WITH THE FOOD & SERVICE!!!!! Service was terrible!! Employees standing around, waiting in front for almost 5 minutes & the girl that helped us finished her text first! Got the 3 piece tender meal & the tenders were nuggets & the mashed potatoes were cold!! My husband’s sandwich was cold too!!! WISH I COULD INCLUDE PHOTO!! Never got good service there but decided to try since it’s been awhile! Believe me it will be awhile again! COLONEL SANDERS WOULD BE PISSED!

This location is in Wakefield, needs better management, sorry to say the food isn't always fresh but also notice Taco Bell is the same, maybe because it's not by itself it's definitely not the place i would recommend .. I also don't like the way you be treated when you walk into this location. The crew members are friendly, but for management needs help.
