Missing a drink, got an incorrect drink, missing a fry and a Big Mac. Ordered the Minecraft meals the. They just didn’t have the toys so instead of refunding they gave us a 6 piece.

Jackie and Yaya they both works as the cashier I went in there yesterday 03/08/2025 they disrespected me and my kids because we where talking in Spanish while we we ordering food mind you we are not immigrants we are us citizens we answered them back to they bullied to my wife and kids calling us names to go back to Mexico very disrespectful people store manager wasn't available at the time of incident our rights were violated freedom of speech in this McDonald is not welcome any other languages is not welcome unless is English according to Jackie and the other female Yaya I believe they both should be fired immediately because they customer service and the racism with racial slurs towards Spanish people and us is unacceptable they should see the videos cameras management should look at this situation very closely cause Im gonna talk to a lawyer and sue this McDonald at 149 old tower hill rd Wakefield RI

Edit- went back recently. Clearly the owner doesn’t read the reviews. Ordered another chicken sandwich meal. Got a half of a large fry, a dry overcooked chicken sandwich and a dry bun. Loud music playing from the kitchen. Staff looks like they are on drugs. Yelling from the back as well. No counter attendant. Figure it out.
Ordered the new chicken sandwich. Asked for pickles and lettuce only and got tomatoes only. Asked for pickles, after having to get someone’s attention because they don’t pay attention to the front counter. One of the boss ladies in the kitchen I heard say you can’t just give them out you have to charge. I told her I asked for them on the sandwich. Other employee that took the order chimed in and said no you didn’t! I mean over .30 worth of pickles I’ll never go to that store again. These punks need a reality check. Learn how to be a good person.

I used to hate this location but they have recently salvaged their reputation in my eyes. I just had the best Quarter Pounder of my life for lunch- I am still thinking about it 2 hours later.

I truly believe that one of the worst McDonalds that I have bought food in seems to be all children running the place and the customer service is good, almost people come up to the counter and they don't exist, usually someone comes up to ask what you need or are you waiting for something? location, they are not even aware of anything

Order was messed up. Filet-o-fish was cold. Apple pie was RAW. At least the fries were good. For the past few months, their ice cream machine seems to NEVER work — every time I come to this location they’re always “out” of ice cream. They blast music in the background — very unprofessional. Staff are very moody. Definitely over this location and not coming back!
