I don’t leave reviews ever but me and my girlfriend were driving by and got breakfast sandwiches, a pancake and chocolate milk. Each one of those was the worst we have ever had in our lives, the sausage tasted worse than chicken sausage, the pancake had no flavor to the point it even made the chocolate chips taste bad, and the milk was literally sour and had barely any chocolate flavor. This has been the worst breakfast I have ever had you’re genuinely better off eating Dunkin. Never go here.

Eggs Benedict and Maple Bacon Croissant were good. Waitstaff could have been quicker w the coffee refill, but Im a "lot of coffee in the AM" drinker so its forgivable. Good place for breakfast.

We’re from out of town visiting relatives and stopped by here for brunch. The place is beautifully decorated and if you’re into ambiance the way I am, it counts a lot. More importantly the place is clean, well lit, friendly staff, and unbelievably delicious food. I had the avocado and spinach omelette, and the eggs were cooked just right (not overcooked), the spinach and avocado and tomatoes were fresh, and the server couldn’t have been friendlier or more efficient. The menu also offers gluten free options! The gender neutral bathroom is clean and wheelchair accessible. We definitely plan to come back here in future visits.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options available.

I honestly popped in to grab a quick pastry for my toddler, I can in very late in the day and they still had some blueberry muffins. And let me tell you. They were the BEST blueberry muffins I have even gotten! I wish I lived closer so I could always go in! The staff was super nice and welcoming!

What a gem! Numer one, the food is fantastic! Both people in our party got omelets and toast. The ingredients were fresh and the preparation was not at all greasy. I didn't realize toast could be so tasty, but Rachel's does something special with it. The side of fruit was also extremely fresh, comprised of bananas, strawberries, and blueberries. The cafe itself is roomy and very clean. There wasn't even a wait. 10 out of 10!
Side note: I wish I could add photos, but I ate my food too fast.

First time and maybe Rachel’s just had an off day. Not too busy, yet our waitress took a good 10 minutes to greet us and get drinks after getting sat. She rarely checked on us and it took a long time to get her attention. Asked for iced lattes and gave us iced coffee. Not a huge problem, but she insisted on giving us the lattes anyway. Watered down, over extracted espresso with oat milk. Looked the same as my iced coffee in color when lattes are light and mostly milk. Food was good, but presentation was poor. Second thoughts about coming back.

I'm sure it was just a one-off experience, but it was my first time eating here. I'll try and be fair! From what we had, the food tasted pretty good. The problem was that it was almost like a refrigerator cold left over. The staff was very nice, but kinda left us hanging, and we waited over an hour to get our food. Was definitely made, but maybe sat for a good 45 minutes? The place was swamped, and I get that. However, patrons that came way after us was getting their meals before us. Was not a fun time for our two toddlers and hangry wife lol. I will definitely go back and update this review! The flavor of the food was out of this world, it just needed to be hot and not forgotten about!
