This is the Belmont plaza location. It's probably the worst location I visit- through New England. Staff are robots. I think dealing with more tourists type folks wears on you.

Showed up at 7:23, store is supposed to close at 7:30pm. Doors were locked. Why have hours when you don't go by them? Two people inside closing up

I came in the other day and an employee with (I think?) a birthmark on her face kept mumbling at the register and I had to keep asking her what she was saying. Eventually, she walked away and someone else took my order. The employee in question kept giving me dirty looks as I waited for my order to be completed. Bear in mind I am 84 and have hearing aids.

I’m a loyal Starbucks customer went to this location totally dissatisfied with the service I rarely review anything but this was a terrible experience poor customer service

I got a matcha and it was really chunky and not mixed , when I asked if they could fix it and remix it they said no. Very disappointed

Too long of a wait and workers shake their heads at the customers coming in! The owner needs to hire more people, better people, before the customers stop coming in.

Save your money, go to Sweet Althea’s or Caf bar. The employees here don’t even say hi when you walk up to the counter most of the time and for a $7 latte, a greeting would go a long way.
