Chain of roasters serving coffee drinks and espresso. The food specific to them is prepackaged and warmed to serve. Enjoy!

This is the Belmont plaza location. It's probably the worst location I visit- through New England. Staff are robots. I think dealing with more tourists type folks wears on you.

Showed up at 7:23, store is supposed to close at 7:30pm. Doors were locked. Why have hours when you don't go by them? Two people inside closing up

I came in the other day and an employee with (I think?) a birthmark on her face kept mumbling at the register and I had to keep asking her what she was saying. Eventually, she walked away and someone else took my order. The employee in question kept giving me dirty looks as I waited for my order to be completed. Bear in mind I am 84 and have hearing aids.

I got a matcha and it was really chunky and not mixed , when I asked if they could fix it and remix it they said no. Very disappointed

Too long of a wait and workers shake their heads at the customers coming in! The owner needs to hire more people, better people, before the customers stop coming in.

Save your money, go to Sweet Althea’s or Caf bar. The employees here don’t even say hi when you walk up to the counter most of the time and for a $7 latte, a greeting would go a long way.

Normally i would let things slide, but I just got off a 24 hr shift as an EMT and I'm really tired of this. Upon arrival everything's fine, I go up to the front and start my order. This is all find and dandy until I mention I have numbers as I have been a partner at Starbucks for almost 4 years now! They ask where I work and I appreciate the smalltalk as I had a rough shift and a little kindness goes a long way. This is until I mention that I work ina different albeit close by state. They ask whereabouts in the state and I am more specific. They seemed confused so I mentioned that I am here for college. They then ask if I am still working, I say yes but I am taking a little break. Upon hearing this the partner who had walked up while I was giving my order very rudely stated that I should not be using my numbers and that they should have been deactivated and to never use them again. HOWEVER they neglected to ask me if I would be going back or ask for more information! If they had they would've found out that while I am taking a SHORT break (a week and a half) I am still going to be working weekends at my store. This is not what Starbucks stands for as a partner centered company, and additionally, just come on man we're all trying to make coffee here and get those drive numbers down. Very not cool. Also maybe don't call people hun in a condescending manner. Made a good latte though, hence the star!

Great coffee and work space. Food is fine but nothing great. Need vegetarian options. Atmosphere is sterile.
