If you are ordering online give yourself at least an hour before you want to actually have your sandwich.
Service is really slow and the one employee is often overwhelmed with orders and no support.
I ordered online and found a stack of online orders when I went to collect. Employee was only serving people who went in to order, which I proceeded to do.
Location must be the only reason that this store is still open!
It would be faster to order literally anywhere else and travel to collect it.
Won’t be going back.

I am writing to report a very disappointing experience at this location.
• The staff member who prepared my order did not change gloves and cross-contaminated my chicken sandwich by adding bacon strips, despite my clear order.
• When I politely asked about it, the response I received was: “I am very busy, this will happen.”
• Additionally, when I used an online coupon, the same staff member yelled at me, saying that you “don’t make money on this order.”

This behavior was both unprofessional and concerning, especially given the food safety issue of cross-contamination. I expect a higher standard of service and respect as a customer.

I kindly request that you look into this matter, ensure staff are trained properly in food safety and customer service

Came here to get 2 turkey sandwiches. She made me 2 basic turkey sandwiches nothing was doubled or anything nothing special and she charged me for the titan turkeys which is extra meat and cheese. Didn’t ask for the titan turkey nor did I receive it, only charged for it. When I asked for the receipt she took a while to find it in the stack she had like she didn’t want to give it to me. Always ask for your receipt if you care to know if you are over charged.

Came here around 10PM and it was a truly horrible experience. There was one person working only. She took my order at the same exact time as another persons order. Using the same gloves. The bread she gave me was stale. The turkey did not taste good at all. I asked for mayo and she put a giant blob of it in the middle of the sandwich and proceeded to put more. I also asked for dipper sticks. Which she ended up forgetting to make.
She was talking to the other customer who's sandwich she was making at the same time, which added a lot more time in waiting which is why she forgot to make my dippers. At that point I didn't even try and remind her because I had already been waiting for a while and I wasn't crazy about the sandwich she made for me.
Definitely won't be coming here again.

I have always loved going to this Subway because of how amazing all the staff are to me. Also the food is top quality, and I always receive great portions. The owner and the rest of the staff are always welcoming and initiate great conversations too. I will continue to dine at this Subway and will recommend it to everyone.

The establishment was clean, had a great environment, the owner paul had great customer service skills, made my food and it was delicious. also the other workers welcomed me into the subway with a happy look on their faces.

The young girl behind the counter literally called me a B word (since google censors it) and made me leave after I asked the manager politely if I could leave a flyer, which students do all the time around campus. Very aggressive and rude. Don’t recommend.
