Completely awful. These people were super rude when all I asked was if they can please fulfill the order I paid for. 3 Blue Gatorades were in the order. Random but costs less than the vending machine in my dorm. Lady got emotional on the phone when I was trying to be super polite. This is the 5th or so time I’ve ordered and I say 4/5 have been incorrect. Very frustrating. Terrible service

Rude af staff that absolutely seem to be unhappy with their working situation and take it out on the customers. Would rather eat anywhere else in the area. You get what you pay for.

Last night my wife and I had a 6" rotisserie chicken sandwich and a subway club. Both sandwiches were made awful. The woman barely out any veggies on them when asked and was mad when we asked for extra veggies. In addition, we ordered lemonade and no one told us they were out of lemonade so after paying we had to settle for the limited soda bevs they had. Lastly the place gross no tables were clean at all.

I needed to provide lunch for 30 students who were attending an off-site event. Many of the students were here from other counties. I was able to go on the catering site with a head count for each sandwich (including some vegetarian options)and order boxed lunches to satisfy everyone. The site was easy to use and even allowed me to leave the tip online. I was updated by email that my order was received and reminded the day of the event that my boxed lunches would be ready on time. I arrived at the store a few minutes early and a friendly staff member told me my order was all ready. She helped me take the bags out to my car and I was on my way. I will definitely do this again. The students were happy w the food. The box contained their sandwich, chips, cookie, condiment packet and napkin. Super easy!

Ate here almost every day through undergrad. I didn’t even have to say a word during my whole visit. They would practically just start making my usual order when I walked in. Good people running the store. My engineering degree and now career was made possible in part from this Subway, so I feel I at least owe them a good review.

chicken tastes fake and in the sun titled “chicken bacon ranch” you actually need to pay extra for the bacon and they don’t specify. also ordered and it said it was ready for pickup, but she somehow threw away the slip without making it?? very awful customer service.

I had a two dollar reward in my Subway account and I also had a coupon for a footlong, so I decided to order online and get a nice Sweet Onion Chicken Teriyaki footlong for me and my husband....after all the discounts, we paid $4.31 for the footlong...not bad. This location is right by the University of Rhode Island campus, so it was busy when I arrived, but my order was waiting in the Online pick up order area and it was easy and painless. The sandwich was SO Good... When I got home, I toasted it further in a frying pan so it was warm and crisp in a matter of minutes. Subway is a franchise that primarily sells submarine sandwiches (subs), wraps, salads and drinks. It was founded by 17-year-old Fred DeLuca and financed by Peter Buck in 1965 as Pete's Super Submarines in Bridgeport, Connecticut. After several name changes in the beginning years, it was finally renamed Subway in 1972, and a franchise operation began in 1974 with a second restaurant in Wallingford, Connecticut. Since then, it has expanded to become a global franchise. Subway serves an array of topping choices, allowing the customer to choose which toppings are included in their sandwich. The longtime Subway slogan, "Eat Fresh", is intended to indicate the fresh ingredients that are used in their sandwiches. It was the fastest-growing franchise in the world in 2015 and, as of June 2021, had 37,540 locations in more than 100 countries and territories. More than half its locations (21,796 or 58.1%) are in the United States. It also is the largest single-brand restaurant chain, and the largest restaurant operator, in the world.

Not sure who the blonde girl is but she seemed to hate her job. Slammed the oven door and was bad mouthing the other customers. Also slammed the bread on the table and said I’m going to kill myself.
