Can't use the app. Have tried multiple time over the years easily the worst taco bell in rhode island. They never get your order right and the give skimpy portions. Usually your food is cold and soggy. Avoid like the plague.

Just do not go here, I went a few weeks ago and ordered a quesadilla and just got the wrap, no meat, no cheese, how can they mess up that bad, anyway do not go here

If you don’t open until 10:30am, maybe put that on your hours online. The shells are always stale and they stop serving KFC items like 2 hours before close. Also a super slow wait unless you’re the only person there

The place was filthy. The staff just stared at us for about 5 min before helping. Ok so it's fast food...but have you ever heard of a broom and mop. Also tables and customer area were filthy also.

When a medium Pepsi costs $3.49 and you ask for a small. The clerk says it is not available. My last visit. Too bad I love Taco Bell, just not the prices.

The chips are dark like burnt. I got this on Friday and today. They where that both times. I miss the old days when the chips where not cheap and actually tasted like corn chips.

Placed order and paid at Drive through Saturday February 24th at 9:40 pm then was told to pull around front and they would bring it out. After waiting 15 minutes I went inside and was told they forgot to make my food.

Absolutely horrible experience every time I have gone. Tonight I went and the worker on the drive thru speaker kept telling me they were out of everything I wanted. She was being very short with me and when I asked for extra sauce she told me that I wouldn’t need that much sauce as if she was fat shaming me. I was utterly shocked when I then pulled up to the window and when I saw fries missing from my order she asked me what type of fries…what type of fries do you have?!?? I asked if I could get the fries I ordered and she said that her manager packed the order and kept telling me that I was wrong. I offered to show her the missing fries but she refused and when I asked to pay for extra fries she told me I could not.Such a disappointing and embarrassing experience for KFC/Taco Bell. My friends and I will not be returning to this location as this is not the first time we have felt unwelcome and have had poor service.
