Drive thru service was abominable like the snow man. 40 minute wait after ordering someone needs to close this down or hire new staff.

The taco bell doesn’t show up on the taco bell app so you can’t place an order online. The drive through is unfortunately really slow and the food itself was cold by the time i got it. the food was also just lackluster and felt thrown together without much effort. i’m sorry to say this but hoping the quality gets better as the semester goes along

Very very very bad service, after i ordered from kiosk 1 order number 5493, after 50 min waiting , i ask employee about my order and they say we don’t have your order, also say we can’t cancel your order because you order from kiosk, also very rude employee never ever go here.

The food was old, had the wrong stuff brought out to us, missed several items even after they tried to fix it. The employees were willing to help though and weren’t rude or anything like that.

We waited 25 minutes to get our order of $30 and placed the order through the kiosk. We ordered a variety of things and received only soft shell tacos, which were not even in the order to begin with. When we tried to continuously call, the location would not answer the phone.

I ordered the new chicken tenders and a spicy potato soft taco and the potatoes were hard as a rock and the chicken was quite literally black🤢 couldn't eat it.

Can't use the app. Have tried multiple time over the years easily the worst taco bell in rhode island. They never get your order right and the give skimpy portions. Usually your food is cold and soggy. Avoid like the plague.
