I always search for the best places to eat while out on day trips from CT, and after looking at their reviews and pictures I had to try it out. They didn't disappoint, I dont usually like meatball grinders, but after seeing the picture on a reviews I had to try it. Let's start with they make everything fresh In house, minus the bread, however its still from a local Italian bakery which both are very rare to find these days. It was honestly the best meatball grinder ive had in recent years. It was so filling i couldn't finish it all and even the waitress said the same thing. Being in mostly Italian you couldn't ask for anything better, and already have booked marked this place for my future trips out to RI as I like to go often. I cant wait to go back again!!!

Food: wife and I ordered two meals and an app. For the app we settled on “Rhode Island calamari”. Presentation was nice, but it was sub-par. Oily, very small, essentially flavorless. Little to no seasoning to speak of. Would’ve definitely passed had we known what to expect.
Wife ordered pasta and meatballs. She asked for bucatini but received linguine. On top of the error, the pasta itself was wayyy over boiled. Mushy. Meatballs were generously portioned but were severely underseasoned.
I selected the chicken parm sandwich. Chicken was breaded in panko which was a poor choice (and also flavorless). Served on a very dry French loaf. Bread was unseasoned.
Sauce seemed to be the same for both. Great base, but no seasonings. No detectable salt, no basil whatsoever.
All things considered- not a good meal. Service was adequate.
