The Pub at Matunuck

They were HORRIFIC to say the least horrendous service- the servers and bartenders were beyond rude and not considerate. They took our real IDs, thinking they were fake, and we had to call the police to get them back.

The ocean views from the shady rooftop bar was the highlight. The food was fine. And while friendly, the staff wasn't super attentive.

Was there today and the waitress/barmaid said you can only sit here if you’re going to eat so rude. Gives visitors from other places a poor reception. I am from RI but friends were from Italy. Not very impressed 😩😩😩

this lady with blonde hair was VERYY disrespectful & rude. needs to be fired immediately! she doesn’t like interacting w us, short temper, doesn’t want to do anything at all.the most rudest waiter I’ve ever hadddd😤and I never ever complain!!

Today was a awful day at the pub we had a waitress Lisa today all 7 of us walked in an she nothing but rude before we even sat down she came over and said “hopefully you guys are drinking today an not having water “ we also had a question about the menu she said “what you see is what we have READ IT” we all felt so uncomfortable we proceeded to eat at the end of the meals a few of us had separate checks she then said “ this will be the last time I do this separate check shit next time Venmo each other “ she was not the nicest we will be going back there if she is working it was uncalled for we are not kids to be talked to like that we are all in our 50s and there for good food and some fun she ruined our night

Boston & NYC eateries could learn a few things here. Totally guest service oriented in every way from the valet to the owner running table to table to check in with everyone in a beautiful setting overlooking the oyster farm you eat their gorgeous food from. Full circle "wow".

The food is great, they have live local music and the people that work there are friendly.

I just Grab beer here while waiting for my pizza across the street. thumbs up 5.40 for a draft is a great price!!
