This was my first experience at Trattoria Romana and I was thoroughtly impressed with the service and quality and quantity of food. I will definitely be back and highly recommend

GREAT FOOD AND SERVICE From the moment we sat down with a beautiful spot on the patio the service was exceptional, all the food came out right on time and was piping hot and delicious. Our waiter Ethan was an exceptional waiter and we will be back soon.

My family and I had a wonderful experience at Trattoria Romana in Wakefield after my son's graduation from North Kingstown High School.

We called around 8:30 p.m., knowing they closed at 9:00, and explained that we were attending the ceremony at URI and might not arrive until the last minute. Despite that, they graciously welcomed our party of seven just before closing. We were the only customers left, and although the pace of service was understandably a bit quick so the staff could begin cleaning up, everyone treated us exceptionally well.

The waitress worked hard to expedite our drinks, appetizers, and entrees, and everything came out promptly. The food was outstanding, and the management was incredibly accommodating and went out of their way to make sure our family could celebrate such a special occasion together.

Many restaurants would have turned us away, but Trattoria Romana welcomed us with kindness and professionalism. Their willingness to take care of us at the end of a long night meant a great deal to our family. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a fantastic experience.

Dinner was fantastic at Trattoria Romana. On our reservation request we asked for a quiet table away from the bar and they were able to accommodate us even though the restaurant was busy. The ambiance is relaxing and very comfortable. Service was great and we were very impressed with the choices and the value of the Wine List. We easily found a lovely bottle. We both had veal dishes and they were delicious. The desserts weren't as good as the entrees. The tiramisu wasn't very flavorful and we didn't care for the cannoli filling. All in all, it was a great evening and we'll return. Highly recommended.

Veal parm w broccoli rabe was amazing. The bread...none better. Jeremy at the bar is the best!!

Group of six people. Pleasant efficient waitstaff, great food, zero complaints. Will definitely go back.

We've dined here several times, and the food is always very good, but not over the top. My pasta was a little lack luster last night, but my husband's chicken parm was delicious. We often sit at the bar, where it can be slightly challenging to compete for attention with the regulars, but in all fairness, the bartenders are typically very busy. The heavily scented candle burning in the foyer has GOT to go though, the smell is overpowering and nearly ruined our meal last night.

Waitress was very knowledgeable and polite. Very nice atmosphere. Prices a little high for the value of the food served. No one in our party was impressed with the portions or quality of the meals. It was just ok - but not for $350

3 cousins getting together it had been a few years since we last got together. our waitress was attentive while making us feel comfortable like we were dining at home , we lingered a little bit chatting. the food, was delicious, starting with their bread & olive oil dip, calamari done to perfection Thank you for a wonderful dining experience

Trattoria Romana was delicious as always! As I live in Florida, I don't get there often enough. Food prepared as requested (and we always have special requests), server was wonderful, and Hostess Maureen was pleasant.

Always fantastic, dinner and service are exceptional. Best meal for the money in the state.

I really enjoyed this restaurant so much atmosphere was nice quite pleasant very soft lighting. I love that every table felt homey 🩶 food was so so good and the drink service was amazing 🍸 So was our waitress Montana. I definitely will be back . I might even make it a regular spot. Love 💕
