I hold very mixed feelings on this Dunkin' Donuts. When I am not touching the potato head inappropriately I am usually entertaining myself by ordering a caramel signature latte with extra caramel and immediately sending myself into diabetic shock. The store is not very wheelchair accessible and when I brought my friend there I tried to push him and his wheelchair up the deceptively deep stairs and I dropped him. He subsequently died because of this.
Overall, I have had a fairly pleasant experience with Dunkin' Donuts, and if they smooth out some of those rough edges I think it could be the best!

If it was possible to give a negative star, I absolutely would. The customer service is terrible. Everyone has an attitude. Can’t even get your sugar melted properly or the coffee stirred. The whole point in coming to Dunkin is to have my coffee made for me, not having to finish the process in the car?

I go to this Dunkin' ALL the time. I ordered a half dozen donuts and selected the ones I wanted (1 Brownie Batter, 1 Cupid's Choice, 1 Boston Kreme, 1 Double Chocolate, 1 Glazed, and 1 Blueberry Glazed). I ordered ahead because there were other things on the menu I had ordered. When I got to the speaker I stated that I was picking up an on the go. There were 2 cars ahead of me. Once I got to the window, I received my items. The half dozen donuts that should have been put into a box were tossed into a regular bag that hot food is supposed to go into, with a receipt on top the donuts. No one stated they were out of boxes. I also did not receive the right order of Donuts. I received 1 Boston Kreme, 1 Chocolate Frosted, 2 Glazed, and 2 Blueberry Glazed. I did not receive a Brownie Batter or a Cupid's Choice and there was no mention of them being out of any specific donut. I spend X amount of dollars at Dunkin' per week. I go there at least 2 to 5 times a week. This is just plain unacceptable!!
